The location is dead center and the staff are helpful and friendly It’s tired and worn out. AC does not cool enough. Needs a refurbishment ASAP.

The staff were always very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean. There was ample seating downstairs with a friendly barman if we wished to have drinks from the bar. The hotel interior decor was attractive. At breakfast our waiter remembered our coffee preferences each day. The bed was a little hard. The plug in the sink leaked (I only reported this as we left). The restaurant was closed. The TV in the bedroom had no English channels though this was not a huge problem.

The location is great The rooms are very modest for the money the breakfast was impossible to eat , even the coffee was bad ( totally unexpected for any place in Italy )

Staff, location They should have shuttle service free for the guests as the others hotel competitors in Forte dei Marmi.

You feel welcome every time you get in the hotel. Reasonable prices. I don't dislike anything, but the rooms are kind of old, need of more outlet with usb.
