The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!

Excellent stay, from the moment we checked in till we checked out 3 days later. Staff was friendly. The Casino was nice clean and paid!! All meals were great. The room was clean, had everything we needed, and the bed was so comfortable. The pool was fun, clean, and the staff amazing. We will be back!!

Place is lovely staff is great. One thing i wish they had was a microwave in the room would be helpful to heat up their delicious meals.

It was an extremely long hike to get from the parking lot to the lobby. Once there, the service was excellent. We checked in on a Wednesday. There were very few options for eating a nice sit down dinner. Just one that we found and it was another hike to get there. I would think that the other restaurants would be open most, if not all days, especially the buffet. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The room was very clean, our main issue was when we tried to check in (we had a reservation) the staff said they overbooked and to wait and they'll call us. We waited 3 hours and hadn't heard from anyone so we just checked back to see if they had anything available and they checked us right in. We were so confused, but we just figured its fine they're busy, we also got our bags checked and when we got to our hotel room they almost gave us the wrong bags. We figured it was the guys first day or something(he was very nice by the way), over all not the worst experience but just a few little hiccups that made our stay quite stressful. But also the check in people were a little confused and rude, again it was a busy weekend, so we don't entirely fault anyone, just not the perfect stay for us.

His is a very clean facility with friendly staff. The pool area is well maintained and provided a fun atmosphere. We are surprised with complimentary breakfast vouchers that was a great saver and great meals all 3 days of our stay.

The rooms are nice, clean and the beds are comfortable and cozy. Will definitely recommend. Also free breakfast vouchers, can’t beat that.

We enjoyed our stay but was a little disappointed in check in staff, pool bar was closed the 2nd day, and thought restaurant food was good but not great

Room was well kept. Staff were friendly and kind. Enjoyed my first time staying there.

It was fine overall. I will say I was to get a room with a view (pool or mountains) and I didn’t get either due booking through a 3rd party. Frustrating. Other than that it was nice…pool staff and bar staff were great.
