Clean hotel and room

Central to everywhere we needed to go.

Sofa beds needs to be replaced or steam cleaned and it’s mattress was a bit springy which was the only bad thing about it.

Breakfast not included, fitness Center not available

The hotel recently had a water leak and they had fans and workers in there were trying to work on the issue. However, my room was right next to where the water leak was at so they were workers cutting out drywall and doing work all day. And then eventually, they had to block off sections for the rooms and hallway to dry. Just seemed as if they should’ve closed down that side of the hotel. And me having a room right next to it was not accommodating. My room was decently cleaned. But the door did not lock so you had to make sure the door was locked every single time you opened it.

Good, comfortable stay. Staff are nice, helpful.

The rooms felt very humid and low in fresh natural ventilation The corridors felt humid There was dog poop everywhere outside But I like the work spaces But the internet was not working for some times Rooms were clean though

Beautiful hotel

The elevator was out of order on the second and third days. The staff had absolutely no interest in helping us arrange for a taxi. We were informed that there had been problems at the hotel during the previous three days. We will never stay at this hotel again. We will definitely NOT recommend it to anyone!

Great location but the customer service was terrible

The AC was on when we came in and the bed was amazing!

Very in need of updating. Pool looked disgusting, Carpets dirty,Sofa bed was unusable springs poking up and looked like it came out of a brothel, so gross. Not enough staff to assist with anything. Poor front desk people had to do everything.They were all nice.

Dogs are allowed at this place

There was major water leak from 2 floor to 1 floor ,rooms next to me was very bad , and fire alarm was on for 1 hour , everyone was out side around 5.30pm, front desk wasn't help much , only told us give a few hours to fix it , we went out for 4 hours and came back , the fire alarm still on and off til midnight while workers work on the problem, so noisy we couldn't sleep much at all .they dont help anything at all
