Clean, friendly people and excellent breakfast!

The hotel was clean. The staff as an average was a 3. Some were very nice and helpful but other staff was not motivated to interact with guests. Needed to shout to get their attention from the tv/radio blasting and no one at the counter. The room had no lamps, none. Only overhead lighting which were not helpful for reading in bed or if one person wanted to sleep and the other read. Also, the breakfast was mediocre at best. However, it's a good location if you want to go see the Patriots play. It's about a 15 min walk.

Exceptional

The facility is clean and comfortable for the most part and breakfast is always very good.. Sometimes I would like to see the pub area open a little more frequently. The staff has been very accommodating, we have developed a connection with a specialty Victor who we have known since we've been coming to your facility for the past 5 years he is always going above and beyond to accommodate us. Upon arrival in our room we found that we had no clothing hangers. Once we made our concern known to the staff we immediately were accommodated with some hangers from housekeeping.

Only stayed 1 day, it was an average hotel for the price.

The staff was very polite & helpful. The rooms could have been cleaner. One of the lights in the ceiling kept flickering. The power went out 2-3 times in our room with no explanation.

It was fine for 1 night to see the Patriots Game. Not the cleanest place

From the appearance of the outside you pull in and want to run but the room was exceptionally clean with nice welcome snacks. Free breakfast was not very good. Nice for a quick stay but wouldn’t recommend for extended stay.

Convenient central location There was an unpleasant smell in the lobby and hallways. Fortunately it wasn’t as strong in the room, but still somewhat noticeable. There were also some questionable looking stains on the hallway carpets and in our room shower curtains. Overall detail to cleanliness could have been better throughout.

the staff were super friendly and helpful with all aspects! I felt safe. I appreciated the breakfast! we could walk to Gillette stadium. bed and bathroom all very fine for our stay. we had no issues! I would have had that bar open for the after the concert fun but I get it would be noisy. really no complaints!

Exceptional

Great location. Took 20-25 minutes to walk to Gillette Stadium. Stayed in August during a heat advisory, and the air conditioning was excellent. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast from 6am to 10am. Complimentary bottled water was very much appreciated. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

We love this hotel. It’s very convenient to everywhere and you can walk to the Gillette Stadium. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast is good. The rooms are very clean.

Decent price. Comfortable room. Clean enough

Great location and helpful staff. Clean and tidy. Safe and open parking lot. Well worth what we paid. 5 minute ride to Patriot Place and plenty of food choices around. Laundry worked well and the breakfast was good too.
