The staff was friendly. The walls were thin, you could hear everything. The size felt impersonal and facilities were very dated.

The hotel was in a good location and had a great breakfast buffet. The supper buffet was good as well but not included in our reservation. The room and the bathroom were spacious and very clean. The hotel is starting to show it's age. It would be nice if they had a water bottle filing station. We had to buy water except for at the morning buffet. The room needs more outlets closer to beds to charge phones.

The food was OK, but the beverages was limited to just 1 per person in the buffet we had for dinner.

Everything was good! Breakfast was great, a lot of options. Good location in a central area, and you can have access easily to the parks. Pool area was good and the massage in the place was awesome!! Super recommend! The only thing is that the wi fi was not good. There is a lot of oscillations during the day.

location was ideal. the tour operator sat in the lobby. muslim shower facility for the toilet initially, the breakfast didnt offer may vegetables or halal options. once more participants came to the hotel,

Great location to the Brazil Falls and airport. Clean and modern. Breakfast was the best, so many options with freshly cooked tapioca, boiled eggs, fresh fruits and various types of coffee. Nice swimming pool to relax. Housekeeping was polite.
