Best Western Parkside Inn

I liked my stay at this place. I stayed six nights while in Frankfort. During the week it was relatively quiet here but on the weekend perhaps due to events that were coming to nearby towns there was rowdy groups of people like bikers that hung around that were sort of disruptive throughout the night. Also parking is very difficult if you get to your room after about 5:00 or 6:00 p.m. if you get there during the day and you stay in you have no problem finding a parking spot but if if you come later in the day you will have a lot of difficulty with parking. The breakfast was fine. Pretty typical but they kept it well stocked I'd prefer some non-pork protein options but it was all well. I didn't use the pool or anything whenever I finally thought I might I realized there was a lot of people at the hotel so I just decided I'd rather not. You definitely hear people running and stomping on the floor above if you are on the lower floor at night but the rooms are comfortable and clean, the housekeeping staff it's very nice and helpful I have no real complaints I'd stay here again if I were to come back to Frankford

Breakfast ok. Great parking

I was impressed with how well the hotel stay was. The breakfast was better than some of the Hilton properties we have stayed at recently. The pool was impressive being an inside and outside pool. Even though there was not an elevator we were able to park in the back and enter up the incline next to the pool.

I will definitely stay there again if in the area. For the money, you can't beat it. Our room was clean and smelled fresh when we first entered. Breakfast was good, coffee was available at all hours.

Property is not the most modern but very clean with friendly staff. Quiet location with plenty of parking. Great complimentary breakfast. Quick check in and out.

This is second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. I like that is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, beds are comfortable, breakfast is good.

Staff was great! Everything's clean. Only downside is that our room smelled like an old house.

Place was clean, a little out dated. One door entrance did not work but the front desk told us this. Staff was friendly.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and always enjoy the staff, my room and the breakfast.

It was very noisy this stay. A group of people were grilling outside below are room and then stood outside and talked loudly until around 11 pm. Also there was an outside door that was banging closed way to often until 10.30 pm Also the air conditioning was loud

Missing pullout couch that was in listing. Breakfast was terrible

We stay every time we pass through KY and have yet to find something to complain about.
