Staff was great, room was clean, overall nice stay

The positive points: the brick building and lights are attractive and the cleaning staff are doing a good job. But the stay and amenities and noise? First, after I checked in, I was given a key, walked to the room and opened it. It was occupied!! Very awkward!! Then when I was getting ready, I found that the iron cord would not stay extended leaving the length for ironing to be about a foot. Ugh. Next you can hear people talking in the rooms either above you (I was on the 2nd floor). They were speaking at a normal talking volume. So all combined, not worth $224 at all.

Very nice hotel. Love the historic feel. Close to town to walk to everything. Great restaurant although the service there was lacking a bit for such high end prices.

The room was spotless and beautifully designed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel restaurant served an amazing dinner.

The Delegate is a fantastic choice for your stay in Frankfort. Clean and well-appointed rooms, luxuriously soft bath towels big enough to cover a your body, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in a queen room and it had a mini fridge as well as a small Keurig. The rooms reminded me of Hoxton hotels, which for me is a plus. Clean, not busy, and roomy. Would stay here any time.

My husband and I stayed at The Delegate for 1 night and was very impressed with the property, lobby ,front desk assisstance checking in & out as well as our lovely room we stayed in. We have nothing negative about our experience at The Delegate. We enjoyed appetizers wth cocktails in the bar with amazing service and attention to detail by bartender. We did accidentally leave a valuable personal item behind and The Delegate was very quick to call informing us that we had left something behind. With the help of Front Desk attendant Denise and Manager Jason our item was able to be couried back to us after we arrived back home to Toronto,Canada. We are ever so grateful for this and will always reccomend The Delegate in Frankfort as a wonderful place to stay while visiting Kentucky. Thank You!!!

Fantastic stay at this one of a kind hotel! Enjoyed all of the character and uniqueness of this very historic, yet modern property! Thoroughly enjoyed our time!

The hotel has really warm character. The restaurant is very good, and we really enjoyed the bar. The bathroom was small, with the sink outside the bathroom, we didn’t have consistent real hit water, and the air conditioner on the wall above our ceiling dripped intermittently.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy, making it a great place to relax after a day out. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend The Delegate to anyone visiting Lexington or the surrounding bourbon country!
