Cleanliness

This property is beautiful 😍 room very cozy staff very nice. Free breakfast always a plus. Franklin is a town small but much to see especially if you like history of civil war. Nashville is about 30 min drive and jack Daniels Distillery is about an hour Way a must visit even if not a whiskey drinker. Perfect location thos hotel was for us.

Spacious room with a great layout. The hotel was clean, the staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great with different choices.

Hotel was nice and clean. The only negative was that the "no smoking" rule should be enforced. Smoking was done not only by the guests but the staff as well. Not happy about that.

This was our 3rd time staying here and as usual we loved it! The hotel is very clean and has that “hotel scent “ the staff are always super friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is always a great variety and the pool is nice.

Spacious room

The hotel itself and the staff were fine. I rated them highly. But the bed was one of the most uncomfortable I've ever (not) slept in. The right side had a full on deep body hole. I can't even imagine how old it must be to be that bad. My husband's side didn't, but it was still not comfortable. We were there for 5 nights and only had cleaning services one day. Our replenished not emptied and overflowing and towels were not replinished.

The customer service representative was very friendly and welcoming each and every time we entered or exit the property. We were extremely pleased with everything. Thank you

Everything was wonderful here. We have stayed in this location at least 6 or 7 times the past 6 years. Consistently great!

Exceptional

Website showed indoor pool but after checking in and asking they said they were aware it showed on there website but was only available at their Cool Springs location. Very disappointing.

All hotel personnel were friendly and professional; our room was great and a meal in the restaurant was excellent. We plan to stay here again.

there wasnt anything i didnt like.

There was a kitchen, spacious, everyone was friendly, and it was close to the event space we were going too. there wasnt anything i didnt like.

Room was clean. Bed was worn, not comfortable. Kept finding ourselves rolling into the middle.

There was no Wi-Fi and no TV and they didn’t tell us. When I mentioned this was not cool, I was told there was a sign at the front desk. Big surprise people don’t read all the placards posted around the desk.
