The property has seen better days. The exterior doors are filthy and banged up. The room itself seemed to be clean but the bathroom is so dated it would hard to say. Breakfast was fine. The staff is nice and friendly. Don’t think I can say that I will be staying here again unless it is renovated.

The hotel is in a convenient location. Many of the hotels in this area have entrances that make it difficult to exit due to traffic patterns or the amount of traffic. This one was very easy to locate and enter/exit. Though it appears that the hotel has not been updated in awhile, everything was very clean and the staff was very visible doing cleaning in different parts of the building. Housekeepers were friendly. The front desk staff took an interest in the guests and were helpful. If I come to this area again, this would be my choice for a place to stay!

Front desk check in was easy and friendly.

Everything worked!
-
Solid other than having to watch Sunday morning services at 7am breakfast

The hotel pictures online showed photos of updated property and this was not the case with my room. It was ok and ok but dated with low beds and the bathroom had built up dust and and some mold in the bathroom.

Staff was great, friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, comfortable and roomy. We were only going to stay one night and head to our next destination. We enjoyed the stay so much we decided to just spend another night there instead. Was glad we did. We visit Frederick a couple times a year, we will definitely stay again.

The only thing that was bad, was the water tasted bad. Had to go out and buy bottled water

Location is great Our room smelled specifically of cat or dog. Urine, perhaps? And the room was filthy. Glad we brought socks. We came back so late from our family gathering that we just crashed and left first thing in the morning. Have stayed here plenty of times before with only minor problems. Would not recommend now.

Free breakfast was horrendous and not many options. Our room had a sour moldy smell and bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. I complained to the front desk rep and I was told they did not have maids on duty but they would spray something in the room. Whatever it was made smell somewhat tolerable. One night stay but never again.

Breakfast was good and ample choices. Friendly staff. We had a coupon for 10% off a meal at the nearby Texas Road house. That was nice.

Internet was very, very poor. We were traveling with our grandkids, 11 and 7, and they could not bring up their devices. Bad, bad, bad.
