The bathroom had rotting plaster and filthy light switches. It was just GROSS!

Staff gave us a bottle of Febreze as a solution to the problem. Not impressed!

N/A Air conditioner didn’t work well. And I woke up to use restroom turned light on cockroaches ran all over table where your supposed to eat. Which I already threw garbage out.

Very good with a lot of options to choose from. Clean eating area and a nice worker names Mrs Mary who was very polite and friendly. If you could the people that hang around outside but I know you can’t help that part.

The room floor could use some new carpet they didn't seem clean. The breakfast staff was nice and the breakfast was great.

I met Mary at the breakfast dining area and she was very professional and helped by making a frash batch of coffee at rhe end of the breakfast hours. Loved the fridge and microwave in room. Shower was great and I liked the option on the AC unit to keep the fan on constant.

There were non guests milling about outside the hotel. I had valubles in my vehicle an felt it not safe. People meeting cars in the parking lot then going back inside. Counter person was gone for 7 to 10 minutes before appearing . Then he was a bit scary an not courteous. Said I would nothing back if I cancelled. If this sort of hotel is on booking. Com I will not utilize booking. Com again. A horrible experience

Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Location was very convenient to where I needed to go on the next leg of my trip.
