Swimming pools, tennis courts and other activities Leakage in shower, mattress was very old and unconfortable, broken cupboard doors.

Great pools but a shame they aren’t heated as was way too cold to swim in September so a bit of a waste Apartment was very dirty on entry The person running the gym was very rude Beds were pretty hard and uncomfortable

Comfie beds. Good outdoor area. Plenty of crockery. Good shower. Not enough cutlery. No breadsaw. Tin opener inadequately. No large knife to cut meat. No instructions for cooker or microwave. Did not like the big steps in the pool area. Seemed very dangerous. As a 74 year old with a knee replacement I felt very vulnerable when navigating this area.

The two bedroom cottage was perfect for a one week stay for the family Even in early September, the pools were too cold for our nearly 5yo son, especially the one at La Palmeraie

The pool areas were great for both younger and older children. The house was unclean. And no wonder. They charged 140€ for cleaning and if you cleaned yourself, which (considering the price) I guess most people do, the cleaning equipment was terrible. The house was poorly equipped (not enough kitchen utilities) in general and the beds were not comfortable. The garden behind the house didn’t look nice. They also have a very strange rule of men and boys having to wear speedos (trunks were forbidden). They must make a fortune in the small shop at the reception when all male guests need to buy new swimming gear. And this was the only rule which was strictly followed…

Swimming pools(though a bit cold) Very polite and helpful staff all around. The cottages are good for families..can stay just like a home. The place is a camping resort. Not meant for travellers like we were. Its far from the main town and the bus takes like 40 mins just to do a 12 km drive. If you are a traveller, book at Frejus town .We were dependent on public transport,so found it difficult to walk the 2-3 kms every time we needed to get somewhere within the resort. The staff were very sweet and helpful people. There is a restaurant and a snack bar,a small Carrefour for necessities ,can rent bikes or electric bikes ,common laundry. Please note that we need to rent bed linen and towels also(which are usually free).Taxis can be ordered at the reception or through a local app.

The location was good. The kid pool near the main entrance of the property is very poorly maintained we noticed some algae and black spots on the tiles. The heated pool was the same. The sauna located here is poorly maintained as well. The establishment should immediately publish information regarding some items that are not available in the accommodation to give guests a proper idea of what they will need while in the property. There are no towels, no toilet paper, no trash bags in the bins. There are no bedsheets and the mattress cover is made of plastic like material which is uncomfortable to sleep on. Another information they must let potential guests know is that men are not allowed to swim in the pool in board shorts or beach shorts. The children’s pool near the main entrance of the property is very poorly maintained we noticed some algae and black spots on the tiles. The heated pool was the same, tiles had black/green spots. The sauna located here is poorly maintained as well.

Loved the pools and kids water play area. Also great playgrounds The accommodation itself is very basic, and the process doesn't include bedding or towels. Wifi is also an added expense

The location and how clean the resort was. Pool areas very clean. Mini market on site with everything you need. Great play areas for smaller children. We stayed in 2bed cottage and there was only 1 air conditioner in the living area, Very hot in the bedrooms during the day and night, impossible to sleep.

fantastic for children of all ages! plenty to do on site and the water slides are amazing! pools are beautifully clean and the restaurants/bar have a good selection of food and drinks!! The air conditioning in the cottage wasn’t up to much, very hot at night and only cooled the living area… The staff onsite were extremely friendly apart from the guy serving in the restaurant, I’ve never come across anyone as rude, got to the point I didn’t want to ask for help, certainly not the attitude you expect at all. ☹️

fantastic pool areas & facilities - kids were completely entertained the whole time One side of the property borders the autoroute & whilst our accommodation was tranquil, I imagine that people staying in the other side must get disturbed by the road noise.
