Breakfasts were excellent! The bed was great for me, but would be pretty hard for some other people.

place was ok, nothing spectacular convenient location

Honesty of the owner - as he says, "If you are looking for someplace nice then spend a few extra euros and stay somewhere else." Narrow winding and irregular stairs, where the manager will gladly watch you struggle with your bags. After all, this is France. Frejus - the town is at best worth a few hours (maybe) stop to see the faux Roman "ruins".

Location was great, in the center of town, within walking distance of markets, shops, cafes and restaurants. Rooms have air conditioning, staff was helpful and pleasant, hotel breakfast was enjoyable Property was dated and needed renovations, walls so thin you could hear neighboring occupants use the toilet, no lifts, doors are noisy, you can hear other guests coming in late at night talking loudly and banging around. No amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, kettle, mini fridge, hair dryer, tea or coffee in room.

The location is great and very close to the old town. The staff are friendly and helpful

For a 2-star hotel, Le Flore exceeded our expectations. The young owners are extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Our family room was large, clean, already cooled when we arrived, with great air conditioning, good Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Fréjus, close to historic sites and restaurants. Breakfast is simple but tasty and at a good price. Free public parking is nearby, and we even parked right in front once with the owners’ help. We did have a small leak in the room roof (No. 23) on the third night, but it was fixed quickly. There’s no elevator, just stairs, and the bathroom could have been a bit better cleaned. Still, overall, great value for money and a warm, welcoming stay.

The hotel was close to the train station. The staff was very kind, helpful and professional. The bathroom was very clean and big. We liked the bathroom with a window.

Hotel Le Flore very clean and well run - I felt very welcomed. For the price per night I felt it was a great deal! I walked to the beach every day - it's 30 minutes by foot but much quicker if you are driving. The hotel is also around the corner from the town square, where there are great restaurants, a bar tabac, and a weekly market. The Wifi was a bit patchy, and turned off sometimes. But when I needed to work on one day, Chakib at the reception was kind enough to help me make an alternative arrangement.

The WiFi didn’t work in our 2nd floor and 3rd floor rooms for any of the 4 adults but the spacious, spotless and ultra comfortable rooms with A/C were phenomenal. What a quaint hotel in a most picturesque small village! Its location was right in the village’s historic center and had free parking g a mere 7 mere walk away. Not for the disabled as there are no stairs and a walk from the parking area but our 5, 8 and 10 year olds had no trouble.

Charming hotel and very well located We did not see in the small print on the booking confirmation that you cannot check in after 8.00 pm. I have never experienced this in any other hotel around the world. We were travelling from Spain to Fréjus by train for a wedding and due to arrive at 10pm. Other wedding guests were staying in the hotel too. When we told the hotel our ETA the day before they said this was not possible as nobody would be available to check us in. After a phonecall from a French member of the family they reluctantly agreed to check us in provided we arrived before 10.30. This added a level of stress to our journey to Fréjus and in fact we got a taxi for the final short leg of the journey to make sure we did not miss the deadline. We were given a frosty reception on arrival and sadly the cold treatment continued during our stay, at breakfast time and at check out. It was probably the most uncomfortable experience we have ever had as a paying guest! We saw none of friendliness referred to by other reviewer other. It seemed very unprofessional. Consequently we could not recommend the hotel particularly if there is any chance you will arrive later than the check in limit. On top of this while we were travelling to Fréjus we received several messages from Booking.com saying that the hotel could not take payment as our debit card details were invalid. Then we received a message saying our booking was cancelled. The debit card was the one we always use with Booking.com and a call to our bank confirmed everything was in order. When we arrived no mention was made of the card but on check out we were charged directly by the hotel not via Booking. com. There is nobody on duty in reception at night in the hotel which could raise safety issues.

The room was clean and comfortable and serviced daily. Breakfast was available in the dining room and was adequate with fresh fruit and breads. The host was obliging and attended to our needs. The hotel is well located in the old city and secure car parking is available a short walk away. If you are up on the top third floor, it is a stair climb to get there, and because of the age of the hotel, is a narrow staircase. The facilities in the room could be improved with a kettle for a cup of tea/coffee. A small fridge could also come in handy.

Everything….most beautiful building and spotlessly clean Nothing

The room was spacious and very clean, with beautiful attention to detail. For the price it was exceptional.
-
The air conditioning unit was situated right above the bed so it blew cold air straight at me, we weren't able to sleep with it on so instead opened windows which made it a little noisy.
