Staff was very friendly. The room I was given had a smoked in smell. I asked for another room but they had to call someone off sight to get permission to do so. The staff doubled checked if the room had a smokey smell. The new room was fine. After a 30 minute check in I was late for a group meet. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was nice and the area clean. Very friendly staff.

The staff was helpful and friendly. I think all hotels not just yours should think about upgrading some accommodations to be more accommodating to seniors. For example the taller toilets to make it easier to use them without hurting news. And some rooms with walk in showers not just for the handicapped. It is hard for seniors to climb over the tub.

the cereal and yogurt was fine. Besides mold around tub the room was clean and the microwave, frig and coffee maker worked. We would not recommend this Comfort Suite at this time.

The kids were happy about the pool although they pointed out it needed cleaning. The entire pool room needed maintenance and cleaning. Restrooms were out of order and hot tub was covered in flooring. The breakfast area was clean and the food was okay. Front desk staff had to be away frequently to multitask. The property appeared to be short-staffed but there weren’t enough guests staying to make it feasible to schedule more employees, in my opinion. Overall, this hotel is adequate for a short stay but I will stay in a nicer hotel the next time I’m in the area.

Pool was room sauna pool cold. Tiles falling off. No outdoor seating. Stone benches out front. Came in to sit in lobby ! I was comfortable a lsdy said it could not be that way. I asked if i needed to move yes i put chair back left . No body to help at breakfast creamrr out coffee out

Good No housekeeping before 3 days. Paying that much money deserved service. No maintance person on week end. If you have paying for the weekend,you should have a matainve person, at least on call! Not much!a little less than recamendable!

2) Make sure the ice machines work (2nd floor ice machine did not work). 3) If you advertise a hot tub please have one available. (It looks like the one area where a hot tub was supposed to be is permanently covered). 4) The elevator sounds like it need some work (Gear grinding noise going up and down, possible safety hazard? ). 5) Overall, the place looks and is rundown and not well kept 😑! I won't be staying there again! Although, the staff was very nice, and tried to do they're best, they could don't do anything about the issues that they're faced with. Sorry about the bad review! This is what I saw and experienced though.. Robert Harrell (rooms 229 and 230, July 17th and 18th 2026).

Very close to the Donald Ross course. Very clean room and the facility was very clean overall. Nice breakfast area with friendly staff. Highly recommend.

The toilet had stains and the breakfast was less than at other hotels. But it was clean and the room was laid out well and near to what I needed
