The key pad on the door didn't work, which is ok. Went to the lobby got our physical key. Upkeep of property was great on the outside, outdoor lights all work, no trash littered around. Negatives were cleanliness of room. Yes, it was good, but hairs in shower and dead daddy long leg behind bathroom door. Our neighbors(we were in 20) were very loud, made for sleepless night. I DO commend this "family owned" inn for doing their best. Keep at it & it'll be great!

The staff was very friendly so I feel bad for leaving a negative review. I travel frequently for both work and personal reasons. This was one of the oldest, and dirty places I’ve stayed. Outdated hvac, musty smell, several flying insects and extremely high price due to nearby concert.

WiFi is a little spotty but seemed to be the case in the whole area. It’s not a fancy place and rooms are a little dated but everything was clean ans maintained , no real complaints. Pool was great.

The rooms have been remodeled and were clean. My room key pad was broken so I had to get a key. Room was on highway so it was a little loud.

Wonderful Staff. Very kid friendly and affordable .All requests were quickly accommodated. Central to EVERYTHING. If you want luxury go to West Baden...if you want comfort and relaxation make your reservation at Valley Inn and Suites

It was a great set up for my family. The little kids and adults loved the pool. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff is very nice and around if you need them.

Rented it for our HVAC installer and his help for the week. They said it was very nice, beds were comfortable and it was clean. Also having a full kitchen was a huge plus and not to mention the nice pool to cool off after working in the heat all day.
