Good breakfast, clean room, close to our destination.

Everything was clean and nice

The hotel was clean and nice staff was nice but to slow in the front the room was clean but our trash can was with no trash bag no trash can in the bathroom the iron was not working I had to call the front office she said someone will bring you a replacement but never did i waited for at least 20 minutes I had to call back and she said oh I'm sorry no one has came to you and I said no is it better for me to come for it she said yes please and I told her so you new no one had picked up the iron why ask if someone came to my room if the iron was sitting in your front desk. Other than that everything was good.

Room given to us was not cleaned and fridge was having very bad smell. Homeless people were roaming around/in the property. Breakfast was good though. Staff was helpful to change the room. Lot of parking available

The bed was comfortable, though the building itself is older. When we requested clean towels and a garbage pickup, housekeeping came right away. It seems they don’t clean the room unless you specifically ask, but they respond quickly when you do. Parking was free and easy.

The breakfest was good. The shower needs shampoo and lotion. Garbage cans need bags. Other then that it was comfortable.

That Booking had nothing to do with the booking. Booking forgot to pay for it the hotel called me for payment. Staff was very helpful

This was a fav of mine for a minute. However after they allowed the breakfast woman and another employee to get away with discrimination and outright bullying I can not support this hotel. To make matters worse during this stay they informed me I was now banned from this hotel bcz I had left an actual honest review and let others know of their unlawful rules. Literally the Expedia terms abs conditions state a hotel can’t ban you for that. But this one did. They gave me back my full deposit etc bcz I had done nothing else wrong except expose them!! So shame on this hotel I asked for a full refund. But it is owned by people who are cheap and really don’t care about their customers safety or rights!! It is also in an area of town known for shootings.. so again my honest review but do your self a favor svd look elsewhere for a safer hotel!!

Clean, comfy and the staff was great. I would stay here again

It’s about an hour away from big stump entrance at King Canyon NP. The office staff personality was very dry. The office was the nicest part of the whole hotel. The hotel attracted a lot of transients. Don’t get me started on how dirty the rooms are. They only clean the rooms every 3 days and it shows. The floors were so dirty I really contemplating leaving after the first night.
