This is my go-to hotel when I stay in River Park area of Fresno. I've been fortunate that arriving early, I can check in. After getting unpacked, I tried getting the TV set up with my subscriptions, it wouldn't connect. Maintenance/tech person kindly checked everything out and wasn't able to get it going either. He checked the TV across the hall, it worked fine, I was able to sign in easily to my account and given a new key card to move. The rest of my stay went very well! I particularly like the coffee & waffle breakfast:)

It’s comfortable, but the staff member was gone when I tried to check in at 5:30. There were 5 others waiting, too. We waited 15 minutes. He apologized, but they need to be present at prime check in hours. The room was fine, but the breakfast was heavy on carbs and had no fresh fruit. Parking was limited because they just relaxed; but it was adequate.

Room was clean and quiet, A/C worked great, bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious and clean, price was somewhat reasonable. All was fantastic, I would recommend staying.
