The room was clean and well taken care of. The a/c worked well and the staff was helpful. Also, the charge for internet use was not outrageous, which was nice.

The hotel and property were both clean. Easy access to the freeway and staff were polite and helpful!

I was convenient to where I needed to be in Selma. I appreciated the nearby restaurants.

The staff was pleasant and the lobby was nice. I can tell this was once a nice hotel, but it needs a face lift. The entire hallway on the second floor was dinged up. Our room had numerous stains on the carpet and furniture, as well as an office chair that had netting hanging on by a thread. The walls were banged up and the mattress in the pull out couch was laughably thin, with a comically large sheet to go over it. This place was fine, but I would maybe leave your shoes on at all times…

The building itself was really run down. Lot's of repair on walls and molding. Very dirty

We were able to get the room at $70 per night for 3 nights in June to attend a conference! Wow! It was 18 minutes from our conference in North Fresno, but traffic was not bad, and it was worth it to save so much. It was quiet, clean, friendly, and very accomodating. Thanks! We look forward to staying here again!

Tina, the Front Desk lady was very sweet, helpful and courteous. I have stayed at this location several times over the years to visit family who live in the area. My dogs are welcomed which I absolutely appreciate! My dogs are well behaved, house trained and are never left unattended in the room. We usually only stay in the room to sleep and get ready to venture out. I have two critics; one is the rug throughout the hotel and within the rooms MUST be changed and perhaps tile would be the best replacement. The rugs are stained and flat with no comfortable plush look whatsoever. I must be honest, I never walk on the rugs without shoes or slippers on because the rugs look so worn and unsanitary. My second criticism is that the televisions in the rooms should be upgraded to SMART TV's. It is well overdue. The limited channels available to watch is a big turnoff. I couldn't even load up my streaming channels like I can when I stay at other hotels. The TV's and Rugs desperately need to be upgraded. As I mentioned, Tina and the rest of the staff are the most enjoyable staff and I have only praises for them and without them, I would venture to stay elsewhere with my dogs on visits. Thank you for reading.
