AC Hotel by Marriott Dallas Frisco

The parking situation at this location has gotten progressively worse over the last few years. We have loved staying here for years, but this may be our last stay. They have about 8 street parking spots, valet that takes forever to get your car to you, or a parking garage that charges flat rate to park over night plus you have to pay an exit fee every time you come and go. We are always coming and going and this is not feesible. For a facility that provides no parking, this is ridiculous and it has never been this expensive. You used to pay around 28 bucks to the hotel at check in and this covered the parking for the stay.Your key card use to get you in and out. This was already a pain,but was manageable. When asking the staff about parking cost the front desk staff couldn't give me a straight answer either. Everything was I think its this and I think its that. My second complaint was our room being 83 degrees at the 4pm checkin.. with them now pushing check in even later, the room was still hot when it was time to go to sleep. We also found several items from previous guest scattered under the various furniture pieces when setting up the sofa bed.

Clean and indoor pool was very nice! Loved how the room was set up and the fridge and stove with dishes were nice! We were very well accommodated. I did not enjoy paying for parking!

Great clean rooms with sleek aesthetics. Awesome location nestled in a bright urban residential apartment community. Great staff. Plan for off site street parking (which can be a block or two away), or to use their valet.

Very clean room. The beds were really comfortable and staff were very helpful and nice.

When booked, it shows free breakfast, at the time of check-in breakfast is not complimentary and need to pay. And wifi was not connected with the details entered.

Exceptional

Took 15 minutes to valet park and check in. And the place wasn’t busy. Breakfast was a joke. It was a table of cold cuts and hard cheese. No breakfast food. Just glad it’s over. Won’t be back. Keep your Europe.

Staff was wonderful, friendly and professional. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean. The room was not what I thought I booked by the photo. There wasn’t a couch just a bench. The bathroom set up was strange and I didn’t care for it. The shower and toilet were in a small area and the sink/vanity area was in the main room. It just felt awkward. I would stay again just would like a different room.
