Good stay this weekend!
-
Room was clean and decent - smelled like they had washed the carpets and not properly let them dry. There was a musty wet carpet smell in the entire room that was off putting. Other than that it was a nice hotel.

Very nuce

the tv did not work, the tub and shower water was very very hard to turn on and would on shut off all the way. Engineer staff was not much help, the front desk person was very nice.

Really great experience with this property and staff. All staff throughout the property were excellent and very friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable for my family of 5. We stayed in the queen double sweet. This room had two queen beds and a queen pull out couch/bed which made for plenty of space. To our surprise, they had a complimentary reception from 17:00 to 18:30 for adults which included a couple of drinks for each adult. The breakfast was also in the package which was great! They have the normal buffet style and they throw in an omelet bar which their staff cooks up a made to order omelet just for you. One more thing. The location is absolutely beautiful and perfect with lots of dining options.

Nice reception and breakfast. Pretty lobby and spacious room

Everything was excellent. The staff were really nice and friendly. They were there to answer all questions I had.

Found roaches in the fridge and the shower did not work. Staff were accommodating and helpful. Inconvenience to move rooms with little mobility. Was not aware that I would be charged for parking.

Exceptional

The floors in the lobby were sticky with cracked and chipped tiles everywhere. The staff was less than helpful both trips. Including the food manager Blake. Simple things like there was no trash bags in the trash cans, the safe not working, parking garage ark not working, among other things. I asked for the manager to call me and have yet to receive that call.

Great hotel with excellent breakfast and happy hour.

Overall, it was adequate and to be expected for Embassy suites. The staff was friendly and helpful. The check-in process was efficient and the attendant advised us that he would set us up without housekeeping and we would only need to request it. We accepted his recommendation, although it seemed like he was convinced that was what’s best. Fortunately housekeeping provided their cleaning service anyway which we appreciated. My 12 year old and 8 year old daughter chose not to shower because they didn’t believe the shower was clean based on the appearance and their observation. This was disappointing. Other than that the hotel lobby and breakfast areas appeared to be neat and clean. We likely won’t return.

Room 717 is where we stayed. The room had a damp smell throughout the stay. The floors felt a little damp, especially around the small refrigerator. The bathroom did not have a fan to remove the steam from the shower which probably didn't help the suite feeling damp throughout our stay there. The bathroom sink handles leaked water and on our last stay there the sink itself had a black substance flow into the sink from the pipes. I called room service and they came and asked if we wanted another room so they could snake the pipes, but it was our last night there and didn't want to make a big deal of it. They came back and vacuumed the sink clog, and we didn't use it the rest of our stay, which again was only the night and early morning as we left the hotel very early. Overall, it was an average stay. We really liked the breakfast.
