The staff tried hard but the restaurant was closed and the closest place to eat was a 20 minute cycle ride after a 6 hour cycle to get there. The staff were lovely but the rest let them down. Location in middle of nowhere means you need an open restaurant which was not available. Room fridge with not even a bottle of water in 36 degrees. Breakfast table not set and very limited options. Not hospitable and not worth the money.

Good location between Firenze and Pisa. Outside pool. Nice breakfast. Quiet and calm with good parking. Needs a bit of work and a facelift. Water boiler had a plug that didn’t fit anything. Toilet seat too close to the shower to be able to sit down. Really slow wifi and bad network connection.

Dinner deserves 10/10,every evening we had different menu and the food was very varied, healthy and tasty. Large swimming pool Very big room and very clean Big parking space Very friendly staff Breakfast- too much pastry and too less food ( should be egg,cheese,vegetables etc)

We had a good three night stay here. Overall it was great although a few things did let it down. These didn't really affect our stay but has they been improved upon the experience would have been better. For example, the bar was rarely manned, if ever. You had to locate staff to get a drink outside meal times, which was a bit strange. The grass wasn't cut neatly and fountains were just left without water. i do get the need to save energy and water so don;t mind this, but it just added to a feeling of not being fully looked after. Slightly dated and some areas needed a bit of sprucing up. One thing we really didn't like was on our arrival day we sat by the pool, there was a broken bottle on the floor with pieces of glass around. We reported this on several occasions, but it was still there they day we left. That's pretty poor for anywhere, let alone near a swimming pool. The food at the hotel was decent enough, good value when you factor in the cost included wine and coffee. The rooms were a decent size and very comfortable. We had an enjoyable stay although used it more as a base from which to explore other areas rather than stay all day here, but the pool was a welcome sight when we arrived back after a day out. I would stay again as it was reasonable value but i did leave thinking some little changes would make it a much better hotel. A broken bottle on the floor near the pool was not been cleared up through our entire three night stay.

room was quite spacious, very clean, sheets were actually white, pillows and bed were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was average at best, the photos on booking.com are misleading. Expect a continental breakfast without any eggs or such, I think this has been brought up to them because as soon as you walk in the area is plastered with notices of "only continental breakfast served". They only offer and assortment of sweet pastries, some cold cuts and cereal, it was a fairly disappointing breakfast, especially for a “4 start” hotel. The breakast is accompanied by the view of black mould on part of the ceiling.... The pool, while nice and large, desperately needs some maintenance and cleaning, water level seemed low with a green moss perimeter around it showing it hasn't been properly cleaned in a while, yet you are asked to either tie your hair up or wear a swimming cap while in the pool..... The whole property is in desperate need of some upkeep and renovation. Staff is at a minimum, even though someone rushes out when you ring the bell. The pool area is always unattended, so don’t expect and service or bar whatsoever, outdoor pool shower didn't work either. The Bathroom shower head was almost fully clogged with barely any water coming out, the bath also doesn’t have any no -slip mats for those wanting to use it as a shower. unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to friends and family, it's just in too muhc of a sorry state which is a shame as I do believe at one point it was an exquisite property to stay in.

We traveled with a 3-month-old baby and arrived early. Despite that, they prepared the room for us in advance and allowed us an early check-in. The owners and staff are very friendly. The breakfast is typically Italian (lots of sweet items). Additionally, there's yogurt, salami, prosciutto, and cheese available. For vegans, they offered some fruit, cereal and soy milk. The hotel is located a bit remotely, but it's a 10-minute drive to the city (Fucecchio).

The bed and pillows were super comfortable . Comfy Pillows are not easy to come By in Italy . Breakfast was fabulous . Staff very helpful Swimming pool in need of tlc not looking it’s best

Pool Breakfast

Staff were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful our room was set up for four as requested The location is very pretty and handy to get to various places. We drove to Pisa, Vinci and Florence easily. I think a nice touch would be if the pool bar were open but generally the hotel is very nice with a lovely breakfast offered and and friendly staff I think that makes life so Much easier. Vet good value gif money. thank you Would be nice if pool bar were open I think there weren’t many staff on. Perhaps not busiest season there.
