The location is excellent—it's very close to the JR station with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The staff provided great service, and their English was easy to understand. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and they even have a free coffee machine available for guests!

The hotel staffs is really welcome. What the most impressive for me is their goodwills to give full support to me and make sure that I am in safe even I made a small burnt damage at their table. Also, without charging me. Strongly recommended.

It’s very close to the station It has the same menu everyday
-
Nice location since it is the nearest hotel to the station. You can just go anywhere from there using a tourist pass.

Location. Tremendous front desk staff and breakfast presenter was top notch. A/C system poor. When it is in the 90’s outside I would like to have a cooler room. Poor airflow.

Very convenient location, beside the station Aircon blower was too weak.

The location was very convenient - within steps of Fukushima Station. We were there to visit family in the area, and it was a convenient place to meet, with an easily accessible parking lot. The breakfast served every morning was delicious, with both Japanese and Western options to choose from and a variety of drink choices. There were also a lot of places to shop and eat nearby, including a great ramen shop. The staff was very helpful and assisted us with sending our bags to Tokyo. Rooms were clean and suited our needs. The door to the smoking room in the lobby didn't close properly, meaning that the lobby often smelled like cigarettes. There was also no air conditioning in the lobby.

Hotel location is convenient for the station.Japanese breakfast was excellent. Room is comfortable. Staff were professional, accommodating and speak English. Nothing.

Really a nice experience. More space in the room than some business hotels, 2 elevators, a nice breakfast with pleasant staff, quiet, good internet (hardwired available), a full size mirror, as well as a heated mirror in the bathroom, great location next to shopping, bus station, train station, and a few eateries, and had a coffee machine in the lobby. Also had good water pressure and enough desk space to actually use a laptop, and there's a tiny little closet that actually fit my carry-on suitcase (most business hotels don't even give you a closet or space to put your carry-on). There's someone to collect your breakfast tray which was nice. The washing machine adds detergent automatically. The doors to the room are a bit thin and unfortunately some non-business guests were really loud in the hallway. Breakfast choices can be slightly repetitive if you're there for a few days.

Unlike most hotels, which have buffet style breakfast, this hotel offered a set breakfast with choices of either Japanese or Western styles. The quality of the food is far superior to buffet breakfast, and are well portioned. It was well prepared, and was a delicious, well filling meal. The train station and car parking lot is very conveniently located next door to the hotel with barrier free access. This makes rolling large suitcases to the hotel very easy. Although the parking lot isn't a parking garage to shield you from the elements, part of it is under a bridge, which is a good compromise. This is an older hotel, so some cleaning/upkeeping wasn't fully done well. There are some spots, such as crevices in the bathroom that were dirty. Overall, it was mainly clean.

Very close to station
-
Excellent location if arriving by train. The room had all you need and I would stay there again if in Fukushima. If you are there at the right time of the year, 'buses for cherry blossom viewing at Hanamiya Park leave from outside the station, very close to the hotel. Nothing

Fantastic location, breakfast was decent. Easy to get around the local area and enough nearby at the station. Rooms look recently refurbished (excluding the bathrooms) and pretty swish!

If you like buffet style breakfast then this place may not suit you. Otherwise the western breakfast is sufficient. Parking is available on site.
