Location was amazing. Check-in from 3pm. But staff only works till 2pm. They leave a note on the door with number to call. Not all countries have signal outside their own country - aka tourist cant just call the number. Luckily the police helped me out.

Location excellent. Very Clean. Self check in and Keys were in a lock box to access and easy to use. Treats in the fridge were a bonus when we arrived as it was a bank holiday and no where open for snacks. Great to have some water and snacks.

Very clean and very quiet at night. Felt spacious, not cramped. Glad to have the tea/coffee/water available as well Can’t think of anything except the bed side outlet wasn’t working but that is so minor and can be fixed

The hotel is the the city center and the rooms are super cool with huge televisions and a complimentary mini bar. The breakfast was delicious and was a very good “Preis leistungs verhältnis”. The staff were very efficient and accommodating I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location in the old town precinct of Fulda. Very supportive and welcoming reception staff. Nice room with comfy bed and views over historic roof tops. 7 min brisk walk from station to hotel. Good breakfast in light breakfast room. Lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. Can’t think of anything. It was just a very enjoyable stay.

I’ve never stayed anywhere with such friendly staff before, they were really great despite us arriving later than planned (after the check in should have finished). The rooms were comfortable and the location is perfect. nothing
