Property was great for what your paying for. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Second floor hall had dips in the hallway that concerned me and breakfast was limited on food options. Rooms could use a deep cleaning like behind the toilet roller. Most importantly we slept safely.

The hotel was really dirty. Our room had sheets with stains and hairs. The beds were super uncomfortable and the breakfast wasn't great at all. This hotel was empty while others were packed out. Should have been a red flag for us.

Clean nice facilities, staff was helpful. I would stay there again.

I paid for my room with cash when I checked in, but they still took money off my card for the room like I did not pay cash. Breakfast was very bad the outlets where not working where they had the breakfast at only had to eat cold cereal. The outlets caught on fire 🔥 in the breakfast area.

Our room was absolutely disgusting there was mold all over the bathroom ceiling, no stopper for the bathtub for my children to use doorknob was broke to the bathroom. The ceiling has yellow rectangles all over it. The curtains have nasty stains all over them. The beds have only top sheets to sleep with I asked the front desk if they actually had comforters and they said yes and let them know how bad our room was and that we only had top sheets to sleep with. Also went down to ask for towels and I asked the front desk for at least 4 towels he brought me 1 I said one isn’t going to work I have 3 children and 2 adults and he only brought me back 2 more. This was the absolute worst stay and waste of money. There are also soft spots all the way down the hallway to our room on the second floor. I have pictures of everything if someone would like to contact me to fix this situation. Room 218 and my phone number is 251-643-9230. I’ve asked to speak with a manager multiple times and kept getting told he would be here at certain times and still have yet to get this resolved.

At breakfast there was No staff visible. Dirty counters & tables. No fresh fruit. No yogurt—very limited breakfast.

I paid for 2 deluxe rooms and had to go down to a cheaper room no refund Don’t recommend

The room smelled like weed, bed was hard as a rock, the door handle fell off bathroom. The pool was freezing cold. The fridge didn’t work. Not sure what’s wrong with fultondale Alabama but every hotel we stayed in this week was terrible. We will be skipping this whole town next trip. Nothing was stocked for breakfast. I had to go to kitchen area and find syrup and cups because we didn’t see a worker all morning.

We reserved an accessible room. In the photos it showed removable shower wands. The room didn’t have that. Other than that, our stay was nice.

Pool is freezing and beds are bricks.

The bed was squeaky and the rooms were dirty. The pool was not clean. There were leaks in the hallway with towels soaking up the leaks from the ceiling. The breakfast was not very good and the coffee was watered down. The staff was nice, but I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

My stay was short. It was fine. Cool there was breakfast I was double charged for a room and it was never rectified

The family suite was roomy, cleaned (except for 1 small thing) and really nice!! The staff and atmosphere was friendly and pleasant The breakfast wasn't done, the pan sausages was white, smoke sausage looked sliced and just heated and not cooked, the pancake mixed was spoiled!! Had waffles tasting awful
