Warmest welcome, very spacious suite (kitchenette and refrigerator are wonderful), beautiful view from room, gorgeous vineyard surrounding the charnong chateau and very close to other beautiful villages in Dordogne. None

Location was stunning. Set in the vineyards in an old chateau. Very well priced. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

Location is fabulous, in the rolling vineyards, on the edge of Gaillac. We had breakfast watching the sunrise over the vineyards...just wonderful! They could have offered a bit more for breakfast. Coffee was a couple of capsules which you had to make your own...

Superb value chateau hotel. Flexibility of kitchenette and plenty of outside tables meant that we did not have to drive into Gaillac every evening for diner (it is 5km out). Lovely vineyard walks, huge rooms and swimming pool surrounded by vines. Buy the chateau wine at recption as it is excellent.

The property, its location and its helpful staff. The room was a bit too hot as we could not reduce the air conditioning below 22. We would have preferred to have had breakfast in a dining room rather than in our room.

The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable with a small kitchen. The grounds and the views of the vineyard were lovely. The staff were very helpful and charming. The breakfast was excellent- it’s left outside your room in a box!

It was peaceful, and the perfect break away from busy life. The room was spacious and comfy, with great facilities and amenities. Breakfast was fantastic, with high quality local goods. The chateau is located in a stunning area, with beautiful views. We loved being able to hear birdsong whilst waking up. The staff were really friendly and helpful, both prior to and during our stay. We had the most fantastic wine tasting as well.

The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The property was stunning, set in the vineyards. Breakfast was delivered to our door. I prefer a bed with a top sheet so you have some layers, rather than just the comforter on and off.

Lovely location for this beautiful property. Spacious room, cool, quiet and easy to access. The pool area was unusable with the amount of bugs around but that’s partly country life! No door on bathroom but not a huge deal.
