This is not a fancy place at all. But the room was great, the pool was great, and the staff was great. Bed was pretty comfy. It’s just a little run down and an eyesore in some ways- however… turn off the light bc everything else was just dandy.
-
the bathroom tub so dirty, we could not take showers. outside on the stars going down there was a big puddle of water leaking from AC, next to it was a giant water bug.
-
The bathrooms were the worst part. The bedsheets were dirty. This is inhumane to even stay in. It’s worse. It’s not even good for homeless people. I would never they need to shut this place down.

Comfortable and affordable, quiet. The entire grounds could use some cleaning. There is a clearly abandoned car in the parking lot that has been there for a very long time with things in it. Was there both times I stayed and never moved. The second stay the original room smelled musty and just gross then when I took my shoes off and walked over by the window the whole floor was wet. They corrected the issue and moved us but the front desk clerk made a comment during the encounter that made it seem as they already knew that was gonna happen. Im assuming that room has already had this issue. Other than that great stay.

The bedroom smelled a little bit. The bathroom door got stuck every time it was closed, and the door itself was falling apart. The bed was comfortable and clean. Overall, it was an overpriced stay.

The property needs to be more clean and maintained. The room we stayed smelled and we didn’t enjoy sleeping there. It’s a shame since the location is great.

Sadly there is nothing acceptable about this property. Rooms are in a very poor condition, carpet extremely dirty with large stains and other stuff all over the place. The bathtub is peeling all over with no drain stopper at all. Our toilet flooded twice. The room has a strong moldy smell. The paint in the doors is peeling off and doors are very dirty. Each room has a separate air conditioner unit and there is water leaking from all units and there is mold on the passage where guests have to walk. The beds are full which makes it hard for a couple to sleep comfortably. The wifi is extremely slow and at times it does not work at all. To top it all off, we had to kill 2 large roaches in the room. I can go on and on.

The location is good compared to other hotels in Butler Plaza. The area felt safe to walk around at any time. The bedding was okay. I wish the staff had washed the bedding after each guest’s stay. The bathroom was not clean, and the toilet was leaking. The breakfast was not too bad. I had requested rooms next to each other, but I forgot to mention that I wanted connecting rooms. I wish we had been able to get connecting hotel rooms.

Nothing really The property looks very old needs proper maintenance the staff was ok but the entire property looks run down and ugly looking

This was the worst stay at a hotel in my entire life. My room was full of mold and I dealt with 5 to 10 cockroaches. I have never stayed in a hotel that I felt this uncomfortable in and was not able to sleep. My family had to sleep with the light on due to the roaches. This was an unacceptable experience in something I would not expect from a Days Inn. During my check out I was told oh yes we have had major issues with that room and the stilled decided to use it, unbelievable.

Room did not look like picture. Bathroom sink resembled a cutting board. Doors very dirty. Bathtub floor had peeling layers. Disgusting.

The Building needs a paint job and there is mold on the wall outside. The Air Condition units are all dripping water so there is green water running out from all units on the concrete. Inside the rooms smell of mold, my son had trouble breathing. Inside was well put together but was moldy smelling. The bathroom had a wet frowsy smell. Tolerated for the 2 nights but would not recommend and would not be staying there again.

The hotel's facilities are in terrible condition. The reception is awful. The room is old. The bathroom had a curtain that was yellow from dirt. The bottom of the bathtub was black, looking as if the finish had worn off. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast consisted of toast and horrible coffee from a machine.
-
The linens were clean. The bathroom is terrible. Needs renovation, tub is old and rusty. The shower curtain was old and dirty.
-
I enjoyed the breakfast. The pipe sometimes got stuck.
-
Both rooms' AC were very loud. The bathroom door handle completely fell off while first time we opened the door. There was gum stuck on the carpeting. The freezer had ice on its walls and we could hear the ice chunks falling off as they melted. The beds appeared to be Full size, not queens. They felt very small. Bedding was clean and crisp. Breakfast was allright, for the value. Property needs brighter lighting in the lobby. Its not a good first impression when the lobby is so dark. Overall property needs major TLC. Location is convenient and you cant beat the price.

The staff is kind and professional The outside of the buildings need new paint and overall, the property is pretty run down
