There was a tv, refrigerator, stove top and microwave. You could ask for basic utensils and pots and pans.

I loved the location …it was so close to the Jiffy Lube venue. It smelled like cigarettes and when we went to check out there was no staff (9:30 am). Everyone checking out was very confused! No big deal but maybe something to add when checking in.

There were no window curtains, and no iron in the room. The bathroom door needed some repair to be closed properly. There's just one person working doing everything there I believe, so whenever we went to the office to complain we didn't find anyone.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were pretty dirty.

Even though I selected a non-smoking room, my room smelled horribly of cigarettes. The entire building smelled like smoke. Maybe having the smoking rooms at the top floors instead of the bottom floors would reduce the smell from permeating upwards into the non smoking rooms cigarette smell throughout the entire building. check in took way longer than it should have and the lady at the front was not kind at all. There was no one at the front desk when I went to check out in the morning, so I gave my key cards to a cleaning staff member after asking her what I was supposed to do to check out.

Location is pretty much the only good thing. It was so incredibly dirty and smelled like smoke. I was actually nervous to sleep there because I highly questioned the cleanliness of the sheets. The only reason I stayed is because other hotels were booked when I checked for a last minute switch.

This is a section 8 I would not recommend we where woken up to someone trying to get into our room and signs up to lock your cars property not responsible office locks up during night.

The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel is there is no coffeemaker in the room. Other than that it was very nice

My floor was very clean but reaked of weed. The first floor smells like a homeless camp, nasty. I was pleased with my room though

Worst stay ever. Will call corporate about it Everything. Even the elevator is out of inspection date and my room fire alarm was going off the entire time. Call me and I will provide proof. 540-430-9693

I NEVER leave negative reviews like this. It was just that bad that I don't want anyone else to run into what I did.
