In the heart of Galatina. It offers exactly what it says. Alessandra is very helpful and offers great advice when asked.

Alexandria, the host, was exceptionally kind and accommodating. The room was immaculate, and the location was perfect, in the heart of the Centro Storico. I would definitely return. Highly recommend.

The location and host kindness

Wonderful location...right in the Centro...could walk to all the ristorante and shops. Parking was included, but there was no assigned parking....all the parking was outside the Centro and you had to find it yourself.

The property is located in the historic center, so it is near everything. The area is very quiet although there are several restaurants and shops near the hotel. The property offers parking at an additional fee in a building nearby. The smaller the car, the easier it is to park there. The bedroom and bathroom are both very spacious, bright and airy. Everything worked really well, from the water pressure to the AC. The entire property is very well kept. I loved my room. It was very elegant. The only thing that make me quite disappointed and poorly impressed was the fact that, after letting the manager know that I was going to park my car there, she didn't ask me for my car information, which was absolutely necessary for her to request a city permit so that I was allowed to drive in the historic zone without being fined. She didn't ask me right then and there, and she didn't me ask later. In fact, I was the one who questioned her about a permit, couple days later. I was actually on my way there when I fortunately recalled previous experiences in Amalfi and Lucca, which have the same restrictions. It is the manager's place to instruct her guests about restrictions like this, not the other way around. Most tourists, especially foreign tourists, will not know that they cannot drive in the hystoric areas without a permit. Luckly, my previous experiences saved me from accumulating fines during the 3 days I was there. I acknowledge that the manager was very competent and prompt in other occasions but, in my opinion, that was a big slip that would have caused me some money and headache.

The historical center BREAKFAST, as advertised BREAKFAST included We got a voucher for a a cake and coffee in a Cafe not good enough, parking difficult for a bigger car

Perfect location right on the centre of the old town . The room was comfortable and warm. The hostess advised m to park in nearby Piazza Toma which was particularly helpful.

Fabulous location from which to explore Galatina and the surrounding communities of Salento. Very quiet, clean and efficient. Our host was super easy to communicate with and very quick to respond to any messages. Overall it was great - didn’t know we needed to push a button to get the hot water going, but our host instantly responded with an answer.

Great location, very central but quiet. Good sized bedroom with separate room with small table and fridge. Comfortable bed. Decent bathroom with plentiful hot water. Fast internet. I was able to park free in an unrestricted area, 4 minutes away on foot. Nothing, will stay there again

The location is perfect and the house is really nicely renovated thus keeping the old Italian style. We were a bit disappointed about the breakfast since it was stated that there is breakfast at the property but it was actually served at the near cafe and it was only a cafe and croissant. Maybe this was the case because we were off season but nevertheless it should be stated clearly in case someone is expecting a good breakfast to start the day.

Unfortunately it wasn’t what we expected. I would have preferred a larger apartment with a balcony to sit out on when in the room. Was told about the charge for car parking after arrival and thought this was included in the price. The room was very basic but clean. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Location was excellent for what we required.

The location was perfect, the breakfast was excellent, the host went out of her way to provide cheese for me and water. It was perfect

Lovely property. Lovely breakfast. Amazing croissant. Kind staff. Great WiFi.

We had a great stay here. The location is very central, with accessible parking around the corner. The breakfast was nice and the staff very helpful with additional requests we had throughout our stay. The best part was the room, which was decorated in a beautiful old style and very spacious and comfortable. The little balcony attached to our room was a favorite spot. I would highly recommend staying here. The parking can be tricky to find at night because certain streets are closed to traffic, but we were provided very helpful instructions to navigate our way.

Great property, right in the heart of the old town in Galatina. Alessandra is a most welcoming and helpful host. The residence is spotlessly clean and has everything you need, with a nice breakfast each morning. Excellent value also. I highly recommend this property.

Alesandro is a very friendly & helpful host. Corte Baldi is a fabulous place. Steeped in history. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The decor and the bathroom are dated but scrupulously clean and comfy. Fabulous location and a great base for visiting Lecce and Otranto. Lovely breakfast pastries with delicious homemade jam. Highly recommended. The old historic centre of Galatina has real charm and Corte Baldi is surrounded by old palaces and interesting shops. There is a very interesting church (Chiasa Santa Caterina) that's definately worth a visit.
