Comfort Inn & Suites Gallatin - Nashville Metro

So clean! Good location, good breakfast, well maintained

This property only cleans rooms every other day due to the "Green Program" (you don't find out until arrival). However, during our 3-night stay, our 2 rooms were NEVER cleaned! I spoke to front deak about lack of service, but they claimed our Do Not Disturb sign was left on the doorknob. We departed every morning and removed it as we left, but housekeepers didn't check again -- probably because they stayed on their phones. Staff admitted that happens -- an early sweep to record occupancy without a 2nd sweep to see who departed. Yet, the general manager refused to acknowledge that staff could be at fault. And when the electricity kicked out 5 times due to a standard hair straightener, they told my daughter not to fix her hair so it wouldn't happen again. Staff is aware of the electrical problem in that room because the front desk admitted that games can kick out the power plus they keep a surge protector at the desk, but they couldn't find it. We were late for funeral visitation as a result, and the same appliance worked well in our room and at home. We spent $910 for ZERO service, and when I requested a refund for services not rendered, the general manager offered an insulting $25/room as a "gesture of good will," claiming non-service was our fault. We visit Gallatin often, and we will never again stay at this franchise property. I worked with Marriott for 17 years, so I know firsthand about hotel mishaps. I am reasonable, but I cannot tolerate INDIFFERENCE. Stay elsewhere!

the toilet was very low and could be difficult with those that have disabilities The breakfast was sufficient and well presented..All in all a good stay and would stay there again.

Comfortable bed and clean room!

We have stayed here multiple times and the staff are always so helpful and pleasant ! The rooms are always clean and well maintained.

We arrived around 3am and did not realize our reservation somehow had gotten put in for the day after and the staff would not let us change it to the current day even though they had spare rooms so we was forced to pay a second time and we was only there for 5 hrs. The staff acted like she could care less about the situation. There eas also no parking spots left so we had to park at the hotel next door.

Perfect stay for our needs. Would recommend.

The people above us must’ve stayed up past 2am stomping around or moving furniture because it was ridiculous how loud it was in our room. Mind you we got in at 12am and had to be back up early to leave the next day.

I could not have chosen a better hotel to stay at for the night. While in the city for work I needed a much needed quiet night of rest to recalibrate and the front desk staff was extremely patient, communicated well, and updated me on their hotel perks and policy. I am planning to return soon. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality.

Clean and staff was great The breakfast was lacking. Cheese for eggs was moldy, gravy was watery somade the biscuits soggy.

Every time I stay here it’s so clean and comfortable! I never have to worry about the cleanliness and the staff are great!

Very clean

New, clean, great attention to details that made this a great stay and great value. Coffee, tea, cookies and popcorn in the afternoon. Standard hotel breakfast with some nice additions of country fried steak, and salsa, cheese and diced ham to add to scrambled eggs. Small plastic ware and foam plates are not my preference.

This is by far the nicest comfort inn I have ever stayed at. The staff was great. The hotel was was very clean. The breakfast was awesome. Great location as well.

The staff was excellent especially because Maria who took care of an overbooking reservation problem. We were able to get settled in. The room was cozy as well as the be. I slept like a baby on a cloud. The breakfast was amazing so much food to choose from they didn’t hold back I tell you. Checking out was easy too. This was my first time making a reservation with Comfort Inn, I tell you we will be back hospitality amazing well done and thank you to the entire staff and company. I had nothing negative I would recommend to anyone to stay amazing experience.
