The place was decently cleaned and had a friendly check in host. Unfortunately for both nights we stayed the place was loud stomping and banging above and beside us. The phone to call front desk didn’t work so I had to call using my personal. If you like to sleep in a bit between travels I DO NOT suggest. Seems to have locals staying who do not wish to share pool or keep their kids hands to themselves.

Front desk was small but the young man was very polite and helpful, back door instance was busted out so Anyone could enter, had coffee but nothing else and the room was noisy. Parking was easy.

I accidentally left a $1000 medication pen in the room fridge. We were 50 miles away when I realized. When I talked to the manager, he said there were no items found, and wouldn’t even ask someone to look again. Then he hung up on me! Not a fan!

After driving all day is was great to have a quick effortless check in. Room was huge.

Zoom tv check in with attendant in india...inhuman, degrading, depersonalizing, offensive. Room was filthy, a/c malfunctioning, IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE, SKIP CHOICE/DAYS INN, SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

I did not like that. You had to use the TV to check in with a gentleman from India, which is where he told me he was located. I do not like having to scan my drivers license and not knowing where it is being scanned to.

Effortless Check-In: After a long day of traveling, the front desk team was a breath of fresh air. They were welcoming, efficient, and had me up to my room in minutes. Perfect Night's Sleep: The room was immaculate and incredibly quiet. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that I woke up feeling completely refreshed.

Rooms were clean although we had to really hold down the toilet to flush lol otherwise it was great.

I was a bit disappointed in my stay. I would rather talk to a staff member in person than on a screen. It felt very impersonal and I even asked if he was real or AI. My first keys didn't work, and I had to come back for more, The floors were well cleaned, but old and especially in the bathroom there were cracks in it and the sink was very scratched up. I had a hard time reaching the toilet paper from the commode as it was far away,

Not much to choose from in Gallup, but staff was helpful. It’s by the Red Rocks. It was nice and quiet. Hot tub was out of order. But that wasn’t a complaint. Staff was friendly and nice. It was worth the price and they offered free rides to casino from 5pm-12pm. If you are not trying to spend too much or not spend too little. This place is what you are shooting for if you are staying or passing through.

I like the online check-in the day before. Really the receptionist all he had to do was hand over my room card not much interaction.

Desk clerk was friendly and efficient. Room was big, comfortable, and convenient. No coffee maker in room, and lobby coffee was not good. Other than that, everything was fine.

This hotel is extremely dated and needs to be updated. The flooring surfaces are dingy. The bathroom sink faucet barely delivered a thin stream of water. The tub drain was so slow that it pooled up during a shower. The furniture in our room was badly in need of replacement. There were no modern conveniences, such as USB ports or extra electrical outlets for charging devices. The hot tub was out of order. The beds and bedding were a bright spot.

The front desk clerk to check me in was very friendly. The oddest thing about this place was they had the clock on the bedside table bolted down so you couldn't move it and I had to turn the whole cabinet and unplug it and replug it back in in order to get it close to the bed so I can see it during the night. I have never seen that done before.
