Everything was wonderful!!! ALL of the staff, we encountered and the property was awesome.This was my birthday celebration, but I plan to return with my grandchildren. They will love it.

loved the direct beach access but wish the path was a bit wider for wagons as i have a little one. the bath tub had sand in the bottom of it when we arrived. the dryer didn’t work well at all i had to cycle it 3 times to even come close to dry clothes. water leaking inside the fridge. otherwise no major complaints, everything else was very clean. hotel staff was very helpful. not super thrilled about the fact that i went to the other resort for their presentation to be turned away and wasted my time with that.

Great property but does need some updates/maintenance in the bathrooms and kitchens. Love that it’s right on the beach and you don’t have to cross traffic.

Older property, not maintained. Close to water but pain in the butt overall. TV remote didn't work. Ceiling fan didn't work.

Our stay was for a week and it was amazing! Staff was great !

Everything about our stay was great—the amenities, the location, and the overall property. Unfortunately, the Queen Villa had the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The mattress was extremely hard, and the pillows felt like rocks. The couch was also very firm and not comfortable for relaxing. While we enjoyed everything else, the uncomfortable furniture would keep me from staying here again.

Encontramos el apartamento sucio,piso pegajoso,el azulejo a la salida de la ducha roto con filos cortantes que tuvimos que cubrir con una talla para evitar accidentes. Aconsejarìa que dedicaran un día al personal de limpieza a limpiar las aspas de los ventiladores que estan llenas de polvo además que son blancos se nota muchìsimo!! Le servì un cafe a mi esposa y cuando fue a beber,el pocillo tenia pinta labios rojo bien marcados, por esto aconsejo que laven muy bien las cosas de la cocina antes de usarlas. La lavadora y secadora de ropas tenían mucha arena,aconsejamos que tambien se le haga mantenimiento a esto regularmente. Por lo demàs la estadìa estuvo fabulosa,la piscina,la playa,el ambiente y el resto de personal muy amable con nosotros.

This was my fourth time staying at this resort. As always, my experience was very enjoyable. My family and I frequented the pool and the on site beach access almost everyday. Any issues (nothing major) that occurred were handled promptly and with care. I look forward to staying at this resort again soon!

We really liked that the hotel was right on the beach so no driving to and from. They have an outside shower to rinse sand off feet. Everytime we went to the beach it wasnt crowded so that was nice. It is on the west end of the seawall a little away from all the hustle and bustle. The room was nice and spacious with a separate bedroom. The kids slept on the sleeper sofa. My son's only complaint was the mattress slanted downward at the foot of the bed. Overall the kitchenette, living area and bedroom was clean. I would recommend running a vacuum hose in the bathroom along the floor base boards. There was long black hair in the crevices of the floor and wall mostly behind the bathroom door. I definitely would ask for a room that is not right next to the elevator if you are a light sleeper. Everytime someone went up or down I could hear the cables moving! The washer and dryer was amazing b.c we got to wash our clothes before we packed up to leave! Overall we will definitely stay again. It was very convenient.

The location to the beach is the reason we booked your hotel. we loved the fact we could just walk to the beach in 5 minutes, and our room had a great view of the beach from our balcony. The channels we had to choose from on the tv, we would have liked to have more to choose from at night when we were in the room. Over all it was a great trip over all
