It was not clear to us in our booking that we did not have breakfast included in the reservation. The website says all reservations include breakfast, and the staff was unfriendly when we tried to clarify that we thought we had breakfast.

Nothing, customer service not existing NO air conditioner, no staff to help with check in or any other issues, double booked me and refused to correct an error, communication over the messenger.Stains on the carpet, stuffy air. This is 2 star hotel

Modern hotel with spacious rooms, very big bathroom with a tub and a shower and glass doors. Nice balcony No fridge. We couldn’t figure out how to turn the cabinet light off for the night. No staff at the hotel at all, everything is digital. No AC in the room

Excellent location. Automated check-in was nice. Breakfast was served at 6:30 so there's coffee for early risers. Excellent location if you're going for poker - walking distance. Manager was very nice when we asked to merge two reservations and keep our room. I wish it was priced more affordablh so I could return but overall great place! Pricing.

The pillows weren't comfortable

I stayed at this hotel as a solo traveler and had a very positive experience. The hotel is modern, well designed, and offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. My room was clean, quiet, and very well maintained. Everything was tidy and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax after a long day. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was professional and helpful. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection and fresh options to start the day properly. I also appreciated the secure and well-organized parking area, which made my stay even more convenient. The hotel offers a wellness area with a sauna, as well as a small gym, which is a great addition—especially for longer stays or business trips. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling alone or for business.

The room and the parking The breakfast schedule during weekdays could be longer. Some people arrive for some vacation days and sleeping in is normal.

Quiet area. Smooth automatic check-in. Didn't miss the fact that there was no staff. Good room, with good a nice size. Confortable and convenient for a short stay. Just a few minutes away from highway and Vaduz. Nothing to note.

No receptionist, you check in yourself with an easy to figure out computer system, breakfast was good, right next to the casino, if you like to gamble. Should better indicate the access door to the floor, I had to ask some of the guest there watching soccer how to get to the elevator.

Great value for the money, very good design and quality of the interior. Sauna and futuristic relaxing Mat were inclusive in my booking. 2 glasses were in the room, although booking was for 3 people. Fridge is missing in the Room.

Amazing location, close to the border of Liechtenstein and Switzerland. You can have the best of both countries. The hotel was super clean, the room was amazing with very nice mountain views, very comfortable! Super smooth process of automatic checkin and check out! Nothing major. Just on the second night we needed staff in the hotel at night to open a wine bottle and was completely unstaffed haha

The beds were comfortable and the hotel was in a great location. It was a bit odd not having any available staff or receptionist, but the auto check-in machines worked well, so there were no issues with getting our room. The room was very clean, and the shower was hot with great water pressure. The WiFi also worked well. (We didn't pay for breakfast, so I can't comment on any food/drinks.) It was nice that there were electronic shutters that could be closed over all the windows – blocking any light. They also had staff come by each day to clean rooms and replace towels. The thing that disturbed us the most was a floor-to-ceiling window between the bathroom and the bedroom. That meant that there was absolutely no privacy in the shower. Anyone taking a shower could be seen fully exposed by anyone in the bedroom. Also, when using the bathroom during the night, the light would shine into the bedroom – which would wake anyone trying to sleep. There was no curtain or any way to cover the window. It was very awkward since we were just friends/co-workers sharing a room with two twin beds. Since there was no air conditioning, a fan should have been provided for the summer. It got extremely hot in the room, and leaving the windows open didn't provide any cooler air. We would shower at night, go to bed with wet hair, and still wake up in the mornings covered with sweat. There was a reserved (wedding?) party in the below restaurant one evening, so all the parking was filled in the adjacent lots. The party attendants filled all the available spaces, which left no parking for the hotel guests. The music, announcements, loud speakers, and party didn't end until 1:00am – which also made it nearly impossible to sleep. It was especially difficult since we had a long drive the next morning.

Nice hotel in a quiet spot, modern, quiet and clean rooms. very comfortable stay. excellent small welllness area, and a very nice selection at breakfast. Breakfast was VERY tasty, however, despite many guests, things ran out midway through the breakfast hours.

Limited breakfast, and inflexible customer service. Had an emergency and needed to cancel the last day of my travel - they refused any form of refund for the last booked day.
