The location is very ideal and near the main area. Front desk staff and manager was very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay a memorable expe6. Breakfast was rather limited. Could add more choice.. The room rate is rather high compared to other hotels within the vicinity with similar facilities.

The room was on the top floor and had a generous amount of sunlight entering through the windows throughout the day till sunset. We could even get a peek at the snow clad Mt Kanchenjungha from the room. The bed was comfortable and warm. Very good location - close (5 min walk) to the MG Road but not a very noisy / busy locality. Some good cafes are also available nearby. Bathroom was not too clean and there was some water leakage. The hot water pressure was too low and it took ages to fill up 1 bucket for bath. Food menu was limited and no local food options provided. The ventilation blinds on top of the windows could not be closed - cold wind entered the room at night. Feels a bit too expensive overall.
