The staff was very polite, and the condition of the rooms were very good, you can see kanchanjunga mount peak from its terrace. In the morning around 6 am, they keep the main entrance closed.

It's an old school hotel with all the basic amenities and excellent proximity to all the nearby attractions esp MG Road and West Point Mall!! It's a great value in money terms and on a clear day, you can actually see mount Kanchenjunga from your window! A special mention to Sajan who is always ready to help with a happy face!! Will definitely come back again!

The location was in best area everything was near the MG road was very near just few block s away. And the bike renting shop was also very near. We had boiler and geyser water. The bed sheets and pillow covers were little dirty and the building was old. Toilet was old. I could hear the noise of other room neighbours.

Nothing. Absolutely bad and pathetic property. Do not choose this property for your stay. Staff at the reception was very ill mannered and was highly frustrated. Very badly located property. Staff is not at all trained for hospitality and the people there have no idea about hospitality. Refrain from considering this property for your stay otherwise you will ruin your vacation.

Nice clean rooms. Towels , water changed everyday. Excellent breakfast fast. Very cooperative staff. Enjoyed my stay there. It's just 5-10 mins walk to MG marg. Will recommend anyone to definitely stay there.

All staff are awesome, Good Peoples they are totally I really don't observe anything negative point, even I have one child & one infant baby. I feel very comfortable . I was around there for 4days
