If you are coming with family or a large group, parking a car for getting up and down could be a problem as it's in the main market and you can't really park there for a long time during peak times.

Awesome stay , clean and cozy rooms, excellent location, attentive and helpful staffs. Arranged everything on single call even a brand new car for return journey at reasonable rate. Nothing found odd to say.

We had a very warm welcome by the manager Mr indro Kumar sina, who took care of us during our entire stay. The hotel chef prepared very tasty dishes. Wonderful team We enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to come again

The location was good and mg marg in waking distance And the staff behaviour was very good and polite Shiva and Ganesh are very helpful staff hotel was very neat and clean and bathrooms are well maintained. Everything was good

First of all the hotel is very near to mg road , and the owner'son mr karma is very very helpful and very good person and the manager mr sinha ji is also very supportive every time asking koi dikkat to nahi hai na very good person and the hotel staff is also one of the best . It's my request to all tourist must stay in this hotel tarayana . I am sure you won't regret it .

Room was very clean and supportive staff. Location is very close to MG road. There was no lift and had to climb steep and congested stairs

Location & Staff were nice! Cleanliness at some places not up to mark! No lift, we booked 2BHK which was on the top floor (5 storey); without lift it was difficult to climb 5 storey

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Food was tasty and hygienic No car park, recommend to have one car park for onboarding and off boarding vehicles

Hotel location was very near to city center yet at some distance to keep separate from crowd and rush. Manager was very helpful and supportive for guiding us about sikkim tour, staff was very helpful and prompt (special mention for Mr. Shiva). Rooms were clean and spacious. Overall great experience during the stay. Only thing which lacked was fan or air conditioning. Since we got back side room whose window opens inside hotel alley, there was no medium for air movement or circulation. Since gangtok is generally a cold place ,there was no fan or air conditioning. This made difficult to dry clothes.

restaurant facilities need to be added . People are very polite and honest . Location is close to mall road dinning facility should have been different

Staff behaviour and service. Room was nice. But no views. Entrance is bad. My room was in 4th floor, very tough for elderly people. Food and breavage prices are too high. Toilet flush was defective, but they repaired.
