Clean and neat There was no tea or coffee set in the room....restaurant refused to serve tea at morning....evening ti.e they were very reluctant to provide even tea....

Breakfast was tasty and staff behaviour was great, everyone was very helpful. Room size was very small, amenities like toiletries were missing and basic facilities like running hot water, heater was also not given

I liked the view from the balcony of my hotel room. Room was good, twin beds were clean and cozy. The food was awful, we literally had to starve. We tried ordering few things, but we barely could eat. Though it was super expensive.

it was clean. pleasing staff. location is not good , restaurant and food was not that good. geyser was not functioning well.

I booked a Quadruple room with a balcony for 3 nights. The room is very spacious. We dined as well including breakfast and the food was delicious. Manager Pradeep was very cordial and made our stay comfortable. The location is not that bad, 2 KM away from MG Road but you can get shared or private cabs from the corner very easily. The only feedback is in the room instead of the plastic spoon stirrer for tea keep a steel spoon.

The owner was friendly. Breakfast was good. The staff refused to change faulty appliances provided in room and the room wasn't cleaned everyday. If you are an international passenger, please note they do not accept international cards; even when at the time of booking they say that they do.

The room was fantastic, it was a good size. Linen clean. Space to relax and balcony with view. Manager super helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. Though it's a long way to the center, there are share taxis available. Great momos across the road!! Need more attention to cleaning details. Can be noisey.
