The location. Right on the MG road, so pretty central. The room was stuffy and had smell of dampness. No closet for clothes. The tea kettle didn’t work, and had to be replaced. Bathroom was the worst, as there was no ventilation and no exhaust fan. Water didn’t drain properly. Bed linen wasn’t up to the mark. They didn’t give the blanket covers to begin with, and then there was no blanket cover for the single blanket.

NOTHING DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. When we booked we were shown some other rooms and when we went there we were given rotten, ugly rooms that too on terrace. Bathroom door was broken. There was no matteress only thin beds. terrible condition. We were 6 girls and it is so unsafe to stay in terrace. We asked them to give proper rooms but they denied saying its all booked. We had to fight and take back the refund for the advance we had paid. Inspite making advance payment they gave such rooms. We had to carry our bags to the rooms initially. IT WAS a horrible experience and we I wouldnt recommend this hotel if you are going with family or friends.

Service people are Zero. No help received for bringing Luggage to room & on return. Rooms are old with damp. Commode is broken. Rooms have neither window nor balcony
