Cheap....no facility..room and toilets were smelling badly ...not worth the money

The location is good and the staff is accomodating Cleanliness is a problem, rooms are becoming shabby and looks maintenance is out of touch. Few rooms show signs of molding, however staff have been good to accommodate another room which was little better. The bathroom in the changed new room was very smelly, it looked like STP was not functioning and smelled like poop. Not a value for money. If you pay this much you get an excellent room in other places, even abroad.

Room are not at all good. They give underground room . All very cold no heater. Room were not clean and no facilities in room . Room condition is not good

Didn't provide towels & sandals in toilet, no shampoo or toothpaste either, booked a taxi by them but it was 30 mins late. Food was only veg which I didn't like.

It was a pleasant experience staying at Amba Regency, Gangtok. The room was good with good internet connectivity though the mobile network remained poor throughout my stay. The size of bathroom was bit smaller but was compensated with good flow of hot water from the shower all the time. The complementary breakfast offered was basic at roof top restaurant that offers feast for eyes with spectacular view.
