The staff id friendly the rooms are nicely designed. There is an underground garage with an elevator to the hotel. Very nice breakfast The door of the bath is being opened into the room in such s way that it blocks the entrance. The locstion is only good for those needing a night close to the airport.

After hundreds of bookings through Booking.com, this is probably the hotel with the best price-to-quality ratio I have experienced. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The walk-in shower in my room had a particularly strong water flow. At night, the hotel is pleasantly quiet and maintained at a very comfortable temperature. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed warmly, and the check-in process itself is quick and efficient. The restaurant menu may not be extremely extensive, but the dishes are well selected and flavourful. The service is exceptionally friendly, including during the generous breakfast. The surroundings may not be particularly picturesque, but for a business hotel they are more than adequate. Free parking is available in the secure underground car park. For those who enjoy shopping, there is a very large shopping mall less than ten minutes away, where parking is also free. There are also several good restaurants in the area. All in all, this is a particularly pleasant hotel at which I will certainly book again. Nothing at all

I don't know how to describe our satisfaction. From entering the hotel and the kindness at the reception to the delight with the cleanliness of the room we knew we were staying at the right place. The shower cabin which is huge and the wonderful pressure in the shower that we enjoyed and all the fatigue from the 1200 km journey disappeared. The beds are just to our taste. Breakfast and all the employees who were like bees around you not intrusive and always in the right place with all the breakfast offer which was fantastic and always full bowls. As soon as something is about to end they replenish it. And finally I would especially highlight Simone (if I spelled the name right) who was so kind and the coffee he brought was fantastic. If I could I would give a score of 100 Unfortunately we could only stay one night and now we are in trouble because no other hotel will ever be as good as we had here

It’s clean and big rooms I forgot my glasses in the room I asked the staff to ship it to me and I’ll pay .. I sent message after one hour from the check out and send email and follow up .. they answered they are off they can’t send it through DHL or any only after one month as they started their holiday!! Though we sent message to them after one hour from checking out , we called them on the second day no answer we sent email and we called !! This is not acceptable and very very disappointing!! The eye glasses costs 350 euros and now I need to do another one as I can’t stay without my eyeglasses. It’s very very disappointing ☹️

Full suited hotel, with a lot of services. Modern style, new furniture, all amazing! The breakfast is fully fitted too. At once was difficult to reach the reception through the room phone.

The underground parking place is great in a city like Milan. The soaps and cream in the bathroom were of great quality, and the packaging was environmentally friendly.

Breakfast was definetely a disappointment for me. The comments and the points shown was too promising, however I had only bread, butter and boiled egg for 2 days of the stay. No hot stuff, just one kind of cheese (something like gouda). Half of the area was closed (window side of the breakfast room).
