Morada Inn - Near Garden Grove Park

The rooms are very outdated/ old. It was clean though. Most of the furniture was beat up and scratch. I had to get 2 different rooms keys because it wasn't working. But if your looking for a cheap room, it works.

Clean and friendly people

Got stuck in the bathroom for a few minutes because the latch wouldn’t retract when i turned the doorknob. Eventually it opened but was worried for a moment! Hopefully they fixed that. Other than that was just a normal motel, fit my needs for a place to sleep and no other complaints.

This is a good motel to stay at if you only care to stay in it to sleep and shower. The lighting is a little dim. It's also located in a convenient spot near lots of stores and good food. Check in and out was very fast!

Parking is easy, plenty of space. Air conditioning works fine. No iron / iron board.

A bare bones place charging about double what other bare bones motel chains (think lower level Motel 6s) charge.

the rooms smelled like cigarettes there was fighting outside my room someone smashed a window on my floor and the staff made us wait like over 40 mins just to get our room the cleaning ladies were nice but did not give extra towels when they gave us this very tiny little towels when we needed more to shower

Yes the AC did keep the room cool I do not drive

It's not the Ritz but it definitely is clean and the manager was extremely helpful and very nice. Of you don't need all the bells and whistles a hotel offers then this place will definitely do.

The rooms are clean and look well-maintained. The major problem was the AC units need maintenance. I had to go through two rooms that were way too noisy. The third one was fine. There was an issue with Expedia where I booked a reservation in my husband‘s name for some reason it only had my name. Expedia is helpful, but the property was very challenging trying to change the name over. It’s weird. The person on the line gave a false name to the Expedia rep and said that they didn’t have an email for the Expedia rep to send a change of name authorization. There was an emergency evacuation order in the area. We are out of the room when the evacuation was expanded to our hotel he tried to contact them and they hadn’t picked up the line for two days so far.

Double booking

Receptionist was the worst. It was 1 am when my partner and I were checking in. She claimed there wasn’t a reservation in our name, threw my ID at me! I had to contact expedias support and once I mentioned I was, there was “suddenly a exception”

Great location and comfortable bed for the price.

Parking was super easy and the AC was fully functional and the staff were awesome

Could used more amenities, like more towels, have coffee, water

Comfortable hotel, 15 minute drive from Anaheim
