Don't like the hotel got stuck outside the room I want my money back I did never get a key to get in the room every time I wanted to get in the room I had to go get the manager on site to get in the room so I would like a full refund back from you guys

Love the hot tub room was clean.

Very well put together staff professional respectful helpful on time efficient and all around place I would consider to be a safe space for travelers who want to enjoy the LA experience and want a piece of mind especially for you like mine you can trust that they know they'll be safe when I speak the words for a better traveling experience

The photo of the property is not how the property looks it had a whole lot of activity going on there that I didn't care too much for otherwise the people work there was nice is just the property itself overall wasn't all that.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, the place is raggedy and i even saw vomit on the corridor floor. Never coming here again

Room was dirty. Toilet did not work.

Clean room and friendly gentleman at front desk

Walls had chipped paint. Tv not working. Jacuzzi was dirty. I am not satisfied

The room had a bad odor, dirty walls, dead roaches, carpet was dirty, one of the drawers had dried marijuana crumbs inside of it. Overall dirty and not clean at all would never stay again. I’m very confused how the other reviews said it was clean it definitely wasn’t, seems like fake reviews to me now that I experienced this place first hand. I took one picture of the first room they gave us #222 , we switched to a different room #241 which was just as bad.

Room was very clean bedding and furniture looked new, you can tell they take pride in their business by ensuring the basic standards are met or rather exceeded. The front desk guys are so nice and friendly. The mirror

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. It didn’t just feel clean it looked clean as if it were newly remodeled. It gave 5 star luxury suites to be honest. Front desk was respectful and polite. Most front desk insist on being in your business, not here. Cant say that there was anything I didn’t like.
