This is a very pleasant hotel located around 10 blocks from the beach and town center. The rooms are clean and spacious with a good size mini fridge and quiet AC unit. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The large heated swimming pool is wonderful for winding down after a day at the beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is generous with fresh fruit and delicious home-made cakes. There's a communal kitchen equipped with appliances for preparing or heating up quick meals. Plenty of on-site parking though tight spaces can be tricky to navigate. I would stay there again. Rooms near the breakfast area can be noisy in the morning. Minor suggestions for improvements: a communal lounging area with comfy chairs; more hooks and shelves in the room. Landscaping could use some more natural vegetation to improve "curb appeal". There are planters here and there with lush plants but also a lot of cement and artificial turf.
