Hôtel de Charme Bello Visto

The location is excepcional and the town is a gem. Everyone working at the hotel is very nice and helpful. We had dinner at the hotel one of the nights and it is really worth it. I loved that is quite and the town has fresher weather then seaside towns during the summer.

Such a charming property with a wonderful/friendly staff. The restaurant was delicious as well. We bought a wine from a local winery, the bar staff at the hotel was kind of enough to uncork it for us and bring us wine glasses with an ice bucket.

The hotel is located in the most beautiful very small town Gassin. The rooms are super clean and the staff is amazingly nice. The room that we rented was quite small and we thought the prices for the room (excluding breakfast) to be rather high, also in the restaurant and bar that is enclosed to the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the restaurant downstairs is lovely - would recommend after a long travel day. The little town of Gassin was so lovely and we are glad we made the decision to stay outside of the main St Tropez town which was only a 10 minute drive away. Little welcome cookies in the room were very nice. No mini bar in our room or fridge, no wine glasses to enjoy our rosé on the terrace balcony which was outside our room that we got from the local Minuty vineyard… when we asked the restaurant they said they didn’t have enough glasses…Unsure if this was just a language barrier.

We loved the location, Gassin is such a beautiful village. The pick up and the help to find parking spot for our car was much appreciated and arriving to the hotel with their organised pick up made the beginning of our stay special, the driver of the pick up was Julien and what a great personality, outstanding and happy service he provided, thank you very much for your kindest welcome and goodbye. - location is good if you go by car (20 mins) - baggi to drive your luggage to the hotel in the pedestrian zone - the room was clean - comfortable bed - nice style of the room - small details like floor scales & make up mirror, thanks - the room was very small (Id say about 15m) while we booked 25m room, it was very uncomfortable - the room was not as claimed (we booked the "superior with a view"), there is no any "view" as it faces another house and wall on one side and the restaurant on the other - extreme solution for saving water in the shower (its very unpleasant to take a shower, as it sprays water like a cloud; destroys your makeup, and sprays in the face - not an option to save water this way, sorry) - in the room description pictures there is a balcony, which doesn't belong to the actual room so you won't enjoy it - no any notifications after the booking (like the checkin in only before 8pm - not clear why if the restaurant is open; not about a price for the dog - high enough 20 eu per night; nothing) - bathroom door (no any privacy; and it opens everytime)

Absolutely everything was exceptional. From the moment we drove into this beautiful village, our warm welcome, beautiful room, stunning dinner, above and beyond service, to the sad moment we had to say goodbye.

Beautiful property. Outstanding service. Fabulous chef. In short, fabulous.

View is amazing looking over St Tropez and the surrounding valleys and mountains! Warm and exceptional service!
