Staff was wonderful. Night check in was very sweet and helpful. Despite some cleanliness issues and room changes, she was gracious, patient, and overall pleasant and kind. Check out also had a wonderful and sweet lady working. Coffee was excellent in the morning. Dog friendly with large green space . The only issue was the beds and tubs were not that clean , pull out was quite dirty, you could tell it wasn’t cleaned and beds were not cleaned between guests. Tub not clean so we decided not to shower. If they pay more attention to cleanliness and make sure to keep the standard of cleaning between guests, the hotel will be top notch. Great location off the interstate and great service.

The hotel met our expectations. Whenever we have tournaments in this area again, we will choose the same hotel. The service was excellent. That hotel looks like new. Excellent cleaning, good breakfast. Good amenities, pool, gym, really good. If I had to mention one thing for improvement since nothing is perfect it would be the breakfast hours. The weekday breakfast schedule should also be from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, just like on weekends.

It was right off the interstate and very convenient for us. Very nice place to stay I didn’t like inside pool. Needs to have one outside for the sunny days

The breakfast exceeded my expectations. The pool was in working condition. The staff was really accommodating. There was no complications while purchasing the room. I would have liked more washcloths because when bathing my family uses a lot of of them. There was not much I didn’t like I really enjoyed the visit.
