Location was ok Elevator was out of order and I am 62 yr old with a bad hip and my wife has a bad ankle. They put up the 3rd floor and wouldn't move the room to a lower floor. Tub knob came off the first time we used the shower, the refrigerator didn't work and to top it off we had go down to the first floor for ice cause they didn't have ones on the other floors. Oh yea no ice bucket so they gave us a trash bag for the ice. Wasn't a pleasant stay and won't be booking there ever again.

Great location great prices A lot of difficulty getting a descent room. Messaged several times asking for a ground floor room. Upon checking in I was 1st given a room on the 3rd floor! Next was given a room in the corner in a hole that smelled badly of mildew & mold & the floor (rug) was soaking wet! Apon complaining we were upgraded to a king suite with a Jacuzzi tub in the room @ no extra charge. We stay here often & never had a problem like this before, hopefully it's a one time thing.

Nice location, fairly clean! Elevator was out, they could have said something instead of telling me I’m on the third floor! When you’re staying a week, they could have given you a lower floor so you don’t have to make several trips up and down the stairs! They need designated smoking areas!

We enjoyed our room cleaned everyday and fresh towels and soaps. The air conditioning worked great and the Continental breakfast hit the spot. Beds were comfy

I did not get the room I booked. They said all of those rooms are down for maintenance. The elevator was down which meant my wife who has difficulty climbing stairs had to climb daily.

Close to the strip and restaurants were awesome Tub didn’t drain, sheets/covers weren’t clean, vanity light strobed when you first turned it on for about 2 minutes. A lot of outlets didn’t work

All great best location possible for Hikers, Smoky Mtn gate within walking distance, Food walking distance, Store walking distance gas next door, For smokie visitors top notch location, Room was perfect for those who are simply wanting a good night sleep, hot shower and comfy bed. Nothing all good.
