Beautiful new cabin; I loved the included breakfast.

We loved this place. Would definitely stay here the next time we are in Gatlinburg. Hopefully next time we see a bear.

Property was modern and cool looking, but the shower wasn’t practical what pressure was weak. The sinks were set too far back so I had to stand all my sink. Put my toes in order to get my face over it. They didn’t have enough toilet paper. The floors were very dirty. And the mattress cover had stains on it.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bedrooms were very small. Good option compared to other Gatlinburg hotels, but overall just ok.

Modern Nothing

Accommodations were great, especially the shower and high ceilings. The forced digital checkin was painful and frustrating, we were lucky at least someone happened to be there to resend the link, else not sure we would’ve been able to checkin. Bears did walk through the property, so fair warning when walking back from the parkway!

The shower and restroom is spacious and clean. The daily continental breakfast is good and the best place to see bears walk throughout the property. Every morning we got to see bears, it was a dream. Make sure you lock your cars, as the bears are great at opening doors, as the paw prints on our car pointed out. In the back there is an area for some outdoor games, but be aware of bears! The location is optimal, as it is close enough to the city, but far from tourists noise and traffic. Loved Pam and her team, very professional and friendly. She's always there and ready to help or chat about the bears. We loved our stay there and even extended it another night. We can't wait to vacation there next year.

My husband and I booked our stay on the way to Gatlinburg as a quick getaway. The online pictures looked very nice but we were skeptical because of the low nightly rate. We were pleasantly surprised at our arrival! This was such a beautiful, clean, comfortable and affordable property. The aesthetics were so pleasing and I felt like I was staying in a cabin! This hotel is within walking distance to downtown yet off the beaten path. We especially loved the rain shower!!

Nice clean rooms, Shower very small but ok

Perfect location if you plan on doing all things Gatlinburg. We walked everywhere! You will hear it your neighbors when they enter/leave their rooms, or sit outside at the fireplace. Didn't bother us that much but just something to keep in mind.

We loved the quiet location, the beautiful rooms and bathroom! The beds are incredibly comfortable and room darkening curtains certainly allow for some extra sleep in the morning. I felt like I was being taken care of pre-covid style. IYKYK! There is a nespresso machine right in the room and a fridge for your leftovers, especially if you eat at Flapjacks! My teenage boys loved the stay too!

The room was lovely and well appointed. The property was clean, neat and quiet. The Nespresso coffee maker was a great touch and the walk-in shower was great! A restaurant would be nice but it wouldn’t keep me from rebooking.

The property was extremely clean and safe. It is a great location and quiet. We had an excellent stay and will definitely stay again!

We liked the style, safety, and the cleanliness. Minor things: the shower head was too high and the shower head/ shower sprayer knob was broken.
