The room was ok, instead of replacing the carpet it appeared that they covered up bad spots on it by putting carpet pieces over it. It did look ok and the room was clean . The restroom was partially renovated but clean. Took forever for hot water.

the location is great...the staff and management were very friendly the manager and wife treated us as friends...the breakfaST WAS VERY GOOD AND CONVENIENT ...all treated us kindly the carpet in room 227 needs to be better...could have tripped on it ...needs replacing

Great location! They were right the bears will break into your cars for food, the bears seem pretty calm with humans, but you will definitely see them in this location:) Beds were comfy, newly renovated, the indoor pool and hot tub are closed The indoor facilities were closed we picked this hotel because of location and pools, also the breakfast was ok- the staff however was very kind which was super nice and there are breakfast places within 50 feet:)

Everything was good, except for the bears wandering around, someone is liable to get hurt, I know you all don't hold yourself responsible, but it would be a mark on your hotel if someone got attacked by a bear there.

We had two rooms, and both were poorly maintained. There was dirt and paint residue in the bathtubs, and overall the rooms did not feel properly cleaned or cared for. The advertised "world-renowned breakfast" was also very disappointing. It was honestly one of the worst continental breakfasts we've had at a hotel. Between the check-in experience, condition of both rooms, and disappointing breakfast, we would not stay here again.

After checking in and the staff upgrading my room, the beds in the room were not prepared and laid up against the wall. I tried calling the office multiple times but it went to voicemail so I had to put the mattresses and frame on the floor. During my three day stay, no cleaning was done and my trash piled up. Overall, the stay was okay.

I like it was walking distance to a lot stuff down town. Didn't have vending machines to buy drinks or snacks

Great location, everything was walkable. Balcony faced the parking lot, but, view beyond that.
