Been here many many times. I love it. Great place for families with children of all ages. Great place for anyone really.

They closed the water park and pools because of possibly lighting in the area as soon as we got there so we didn’t get to enjoy the day.

Everything was close to property. The trolly rides and shuttle transportation right on the property. You can leave your vehicle parked all vacation. Rooms were clean and tidy. Wash and dryer were a plus for me with the kids constantly changing and dirtying clothes. Staff was very friendly.

Really loved my stay with the family and I will plan to go back in the near future. One one thing the Water Park needs updates please they charge extra to get access which can added yup with a family of five. They should give us discounts for staying at the hotels or something. But so far I enjoyed my stay and we got to see a Bear on the property pretty cool.

The trip started nice with promises of 2 free tickets to the water park but because we booked with Expedia by the end of it we were denied and the last guy we spoke to on Sunday morning at the front desk was rude and told us we needed to be members before we could get the advantages then we tried to use the arcade cards the first lady gave us and it was only enough for the kids to play one game each and we didnt even get to enjoy the waterpark

Check in process was hospitality that felt more like hostage taking. Once a key was made it was not given to us until a small sales pitch after waiting for an intermediate non value added step at the concierge. I will never stay at another Westgate property again. Avoid if you value your vacation time. It's a shame a lovely set of units are plagued by bad management and aggressive tactics.

The location was excellent, very convenient to both pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. The views were amazing! The feel of the unit was so comfy and enjoyable, we will be returning for another visit.

Timeshare took up the whole morning Gulf course closed at diff time than advertised. Not enough towels in room Hair all over sinks and sheets Asked for comforter for pull out bed, they brought SHEETS. Water slides closed after a long time at timeshare presentation. Water park closed upon arrival on Saturday While trying to work, a dog next door was constantly barking. Unable to work. Was unable to use parking pass at river terrace.
