Great Old Fashions at the Bar

The first night we had a power failure the second night we had water shut off because of a leak the third night. We had a fire alarm go off at midnight. The golf course is beautiful and challenging. The resort needs some money put into it for updating.

The resort itself was nice and clean. But definitely outdated it could use some updates.

Very nice resort. But the beds were not comfortable and were too small. Double beds, not even queen size.

Needs a revamp but overall decent stay. Some of the furniture in the room felt dingy and grungy

Hallways and rooms could use some updating. Beds are very small. Plenty of pools.

Even if golf isn't your thing, you'll enjoy Treetops Resort. Beautiful vistas, luxurious accommodations, and friendly helpful staff.

The staff are readily helpful.

Terrible mattress and pillows. Mediocre service upon check in. Toiletries not filled to be able to use. Patio chair ripped and useless with no replacement available

Tv in room was small for the size of the room.

Pools were not maintained supposed to be heated and was not. One of the hot tubs was ice cold. One of the outdoor pools were unusable with green water. The indoor outdoor pool was cold and full of pollen. This cement around the pool was all cracked and broken with large chunks missing with rugs over the cracks which I thought was a big hazard. The golf course did look nice but we did not golf. We came more for the pools and to relax. It definitely needed some updates. I didn’t realize from photos online how outdated it was. We were very disappointed.

Rooms and building are dated and needs painting. Grounds/course looked nice. We did not golf. Impossible to get a hold of staff by phone.

The room was a great size, and though we were there on business, it was the most relaxing trip we've been on in a long time.

The receptionist was not personable or accommodating. Questions were answered as if I was bothering her. Not a warm and friendly reception.

The rooms are very spacious and offer a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge and sink. The ski area is fantastic! The only negative is the outdated pool. The inside part, since it continues to the outside, is very worn down and claustrophobic!
