Not my first stay at Jaleriz, it is very well located and at the same time, not noisy for a big city. My room was at the 4th floor, with a jacuzzi in the bathroom. Good wi-fi, great breakfast, big bed. Last but not least, all the staff members are professional, friendly and polite. You can only open the room window a little bit.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area about a 10-15 minute walk from the historic centre of the city. Reception staff are welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was an excellent traditional Turkish buffet with a large range of hot and cold dishes. Air-conditioning in the room was excellent. We had a jacuzzi room which was quite cramped, probably due to the huge amount of space taken up by the bathroom. There was very little space for suitcases etc. The room was generally quite tired and in need of attention with stains and flaking paint on the ceiling. The corridor carpet was marked.

It's really place to stay, it's literally near the city centre, you don't have to use the public transportation.

Welcoming staff good location in a safe and busy area. A clean and quite room with good breakfast. Nothing. All was good.

It is in the new city area with plenty of parking spaces. But I still can walk to the old city center for about 30 minutes. Large super markets like BIM and A101 are both one block away, and plenty of pastry stores and restaurants within 5 minutes' walk (Gaziantep is famous for its pistachio desserts). It is about 2 KM from the old city. But as trade off, you get wider streets, less traffic, plenty of parking spaces and good stores around. I think it worthwhile.

The room was huge and clean. The bathroom was enormous. Breakfast was yummy and it was all very close to downtown. Will stay here next time.
