The hotel is clean and comfortable. The location is wonderful. Respectful staff, if you don’t speak Turkish there a lady Receptionist, her name is Suzan, she speaks English and she is Kind and so helpful to guide you about the area. The price is high for Gaziantep.

We wanted to use the spa but due to the ramazan month it was closed which i thought didnt make sense

Valet parking, nice staff, location, little outdated 5 star hotel has its charme No covers for the bed..Room was very hot but only a small sheet was not so comfortable we discovered during the night. We should have asked the staff. I am sure they would help us

the advertised activity areas, such as the game room and ping pong facilities, do not exist. These amenities were one of the main reasons I chose to book this hotel, and I find it concerning that the property was advertised inaccurately.

Very good location Reception Staff were very good and helpful However the house keeping kept walking into our room at 8:30 in the morning without knocking the door The room was super loud although I was at level six and I can hear everything next door happening

It was so clean, rooms were spaceous, very good breakfast, staff were good, good location. Wifi was so bad, disconnected many times, and each time needed to log in through passport number and password. It was a bit hot because AC was not working yet, we had to open the windows.
